I purchased the Iron Shield from Easy Water.com.. Dealt with a gentleman by the name of Daniel Burroughs. I sent Daniel a sample of my water from the property I have on the famed San Juan river in the north west corner Of New Mexico. Famous for its fishing but not for the water in nearby wells. Was told by previous owner and nearby land owners to give up on trying to use, much less drink.

Easy Waters no salt conditioner is not a conditioner at all. It does not soften your water at all. My system after hooking up the easy water no salt conditioner only dropped three points from 39 to 36 grains.
TONY STRAIN of Easy Water sold me on this system that did not work, upon talking to Tony to see about returning the conditioner I was told there couldn’t be a return and his solution to my problem was to sell me an upgrade. Buyers BEWARE especially dealing with TONY STRAIN !

I am commenting today just about the sales process. The sales rep, John, was friendly, informative, great with follow up and not pushy. I had an Iron Shield for over 12 years and it finally gave up the ghost. I contacted Michele with Easy Water and she recommended a new Iron Shield as parts for my old one were scarce. We decided to buy the new one and I am not a bit sorry I did. The new unit is doing a great job and the first thing I noticed was it used significantly less water during the recharge cycle. Thanks Michele for a great water system.

For those of you in the market for a water softener or a reverse osmosis system, may I recommend Easywater. They did a fantastic job with the sales process, communication, education and install.
It also doesn’t hurt that the product works fantastically. Before my ice was so disgusting it had a murky color to it and it destroyed every drink I would put ice in.
Ice is now clear and doesn’t taste like dirt thanks to the No-Salt water conditioner, which is maintenance free as well 😄
Not sure how the science works behind it, but glad someone who did invented it because it’s convenient and

I have spent several months trying to find a solution to our extremely high iron levels from our well water. I tried a local water company in Wyoming but was told their system couldn't get us below 2ppm for our iron level.
I found EasyWater online and spoke to Loral Richardson. He was very supportive in my situation and walked me through the Iron Shield system. He was very confident that this product could get us under the 0.3 EPA level.
I just received our water test back after having run this system for almost 3 months. I am very happy with the results! The Iron Shield reduced our 7.74ppm iron

I have had the most positive experience with this company! Dave Bittinger was my sales contact and he was so informative and helpful while I educated myself in the saltless water conditioner technology. Once I put in my order, it was only a tad over a week before my unit was delivered to the installer outside Ft. Worth, Tx and only four days before they were here to install the unit. I live in Round Rock, Texas and it is a three hour drive. The installation took about two hours. Paul, and his wife, Candace, kept me apprised of every phase from them receiving the unit til completion of installation

We have had hard water issues for over 10 years and have gone through 4 hot water tanks and so we did several months of research to decide which unit would best fit our family and this unit was by far exactly what we wanted. Extremely easy to install and didn't have to pay a plumber to come out and set it up. $$ saved. Works great and can't wait to see. Oh and we don't have to haul bags of salt! Win win. We have loved our experience with Easy Water. We are on a well and our water has a lot of iron in it. The iron shield has removed all of it and our saltless softener has been amazing. We have the best water we have ever had, including when we are on city water at previous homes. I am very pleased with our whole house filter system. The people at Easy Water are great. If you have a soft water system you are adding salt to, think about what you are doing to your body. Think about others too. The environment. I've had soft water systems. In fact I've worked for Rayne for quite a few years.

We noticed the softness of the water. in our very hard water area, in our house the same day we had it installed. The descaling will take longer to notice, but I have noticed that when making coffee, the scale that was on our coffee maker is going away slowly

Very helpful from inquiry to install. Technician listened to me issue regarding the iron oxide in our system. He asked for specific details and asked me to send a sample for free testing. He thoroughly explained the difference in systems and then based on our testing made a recommendation. Never any pressure, in fact, he actually let me know that I could install it myself but due to time, I opted not to. He scheduled the install with one of their partner companies. It went flawlessly and after a year of operation it still works as advertised with NO intervention. No red water, no work, what else

I decided to buy this item for my friend as a birthday/Christmas/housewarming gift. Many people I work with had mentioned Easy Water as a solution for their hard water issues and expressed how much they loved it! I have to agree...the water is now drinkable! She was able to cancel her subscription with a water cooler. There is no longer calcium build up on the faucets (she had to replace both the kitchen and bathroom after they began to leak).
