Technician Mike came out today to Service the water softener the Cooper water conditioning group sold and installed for me. I am very please with this outstanding Company. Paul installed our new Water Softener this week and did a fantastic job explaining everything he was going to do, confirming everything with me before doing it, and making sure that I understood how it worked before he left.

We are so pleased with our new water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system Cooper’s Water Conditioning installed! They came out quickly, tested our water, and gave us a quote which was less expensive than other companies for the same or similar equipment. They scheduled the install to fit our schedule. Paul the installer called to let us know he was coming exactly when he said he would be at our house. Cooper's installed my water softener today. Both company and Mike, the installer, were very polite and professional. My installation was a little more complicated than anticipated, but Mike had a great attitude. He took the time to explain the equipment and how to maintain it. Having recently moved to Indiana, I’d never had a water conditioning system before. Paul installed my new water softener and a reverse osmosis system this morning. He was wonderful, and took the time to explain every detail, demonstrate how the systems work, and answer every question with a smile. He couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Paul was amazing; both at the consultation and installation. He arrived on time and did an amazing job changing out our water softener. He even went took extra time to clean up the connections for us, walk us through the new system and drain the hot water heater as much as possible. I am very happy with the service!

Very Quick, professional and clean install by Matt. He even triple checked on his way out for any leaks, explained how everything works. Thank you matching drinking water dispenser color to my existing sink faucet, for me that’s going above & beyond. They’re local and know what they’re doing unlike the competitor who told me they would cut into the “GAS” line. I’m glad I choose COOPERS WATER CONDITIONING!
