The doctors are great. The people you call and make appointments with are awful and one told me that since they referred me to another doctor they can’t see me which isn’t good , especially when the PA doctor said I could come back and see him before I get appointment with doctor the they referred me to.
Also if you are seeing one of their doctors for something else they will not let you see another doctor there which is absolutely crazy .
The people you talk to for scheduling they aren’t good at all and not friendly

If you are in an accident and paying through a claim, I would not use OrthoSports. The billing department waited 18 months after my claim had been settled to begin billing me for visits that they had missed. Talking to anyone yields no results. It’s a shame because their physical therapists are great, but I don’t have hundreds of dollars to pay out of pocket due to the carelessness of OrthoSports

I find Dr. Buggay to be attentive and thorough. The office staff have always been cordial and accommodating. As with any highly sought after practice, extenuating circumstances occur. Flexibility and a desire to provide necessary treatment and support may affect the schedule, but it is always worth the wait!
Excellent Practice!!

I usually do not care to post reviews. However, I think it is very important for others to understand feedback about this place before going. I had my appointment with Dr. Caycedo. My experience is as follows:
1) Although I had an appointment scheduled, my wait time was about 30 minutes to 1 hour after my designated time.
2) Towards the end of my visit, I was told that I will need an MRI. Additionally, I was told that they will send me to a location near my home (about 1-2 minutes away). However, they sent the MRI order to another facility about 30 minutes away (potentially up to an 1 hour or

I just left this office to see Dr. Caycedo. The first problem was making the appointment. The employee who made the appointment definitely needs some training in manners. She was unpleasant.
After waiting an hour to see the doctor, he spoke to me for about 4 minutes. Told me to wear a boot. He did a sonogram of my foot and told me it was fractured which I figured. He also asked me not once but twice if I was diabetic. If he had read the forms, he would have known I was not diabetic...and it was almost as if he didn't believe I was not diabetic.
While I am not thin, I am certainly not morbidly

I have an L1 fracture. Dr. Hofammann talked to me for about 2 minutes. Didn't take any x-rays of his own, just used the ER x-rays. He told me everything the ER had told me then his nurse came and took me out to her desk to reschedule. I didn't get any guidance on how I'm suppose to sit, get up, stand, lay, or anything with my back in this condition. Literally a waste of time.
"Don't lean or bend"
Thanks doc, it's not like I can do that anyway.
