They both have over 70 years of combined design experience. In addition, Stephen Bradley is a Certified Kitchen Designer and Hearth Professional. We are unique because we offer both stock, semi custom and full custom cabinetry, all major countertop options, plus top brands of fireplaces and stoves. Fabuwood Cabinetry is our premium stock cabinet line. Offering a wide selection of door styles and colors, it features great quality, all wood construction and dovetail drawers. Fabuwood is the leader in affordable luxury cabinetry. Brighton Cabinetry is our most popular cabinet line. It starts with the highest quality materials to create a "one-of-kind" look for your kitchen or other areas of the home.
A note about Corian Solid Surface Countertops. Corian is one of the few materials that is 100% non-porous. Bacteria and Viruses can't be absorbed, and you can use Bleach as a cleaning agent without hurting the material. Granite and Quartz do not share this characteristic. Budget is a major factor in choosing the right counter top material.
Designing a new kitchen or bath is an exciting process that requires extensive input from our clients, and substantial preparation by our design team. Gone are the days when clients can bring in a collection of dimensions and go home with a drawing and a price. Collecting and assembling the needed information, selecting products and styles, and then coordinating materials and colors takes time.
Planning a new kitchen or bath project can be a daunting task. For most of our customers, the biggest challenge always appears to be the design and selection of the cabinets, countertops and hardware. However, properly planning the installation is just as critical. At Pondside Kitchens and Hearth, we work with very experienced teams of installers.

We used Pondside Kitchens when we tackled the renovation of the kitchen in our 1736 converted barn, and we were incredibly happy with every aspect of the project. Karen and Stephen took our initial thoughts on the design and turned it into something even better, suggesting how we could implement overhead lighting while maintaining ceiling height AND the chestnut beams we wanted to preserve, how we could squeeze in a pocket door to conserve space and character, and even how we could best incorporate the wall of the silo that makes up part of our unique house.
