Denim revival did such a great job on all of the items i brought in! Anna is literally one of THE SWEETEST humans i have ever met. I'm sure their whole team is exactly the same! I had a pair of expensive linen pants that were a gift and several sizes too large and she managed to make them absolutely perfect. If you need alterations done, I cannot stress enough, this is your place. Thank you so much, Anna - cannot wait until next time!

ABSOLUTE HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been a loyal customer of Denim Revival for nearly a decade. I brought in an item to be repaired and was extremely disappointed with the end result- despite being charged $50 to fix a small hole. The owner said to bring it back and that she would fix it. After holding onto my order for well over a month, I returned to find the item completely untouched in a bag next to her sewing machine. Instead of taking pride in her work and valuing a repeat customer who brings hundreds of dollars in revenue to this business annually, I was met with extreme hostility

I was able to wear my Aika denim for 2 years with great results, and they are still wearable to this day. They were my second pair of selvedge denim, and I have since moved onto many other pairs!
I had them professionally repaired elsewhere, but wanted to update on the end result. Thanks again Denim Revival!

I was originally going to give them a 2 star review, but their outstanding work quality prevents me from doing so.
I came here in 2017, as a visitor in LA, to get custom distressing done on a jacket and they did it flawlessly and within a week's time. I came here again last month, as an LA resident, to get custom distressing on a denim shirt and to replace the sleeves on another dress shirt. Once again, they were perfectionists. Top Shelf. You couldn't even tell that the clothes were worked on.
So...why the low score? 1) This recent time it took nearly 3 weeks to get my clothes back

This is the place to go for Denim alterations, they know their stuff!
They are pretty busy but will try to accommodate your schedule if you have to ,they can make you fitted better in all these denim's you own but doesn't fit perfect, like a taylor with a suit! they also have few vintage pieces for sale ...,

I'm so disappointed with my recent experience here. I brought in a brand new pair of pants for a simple hem. Over the past few years I've had them hem and taper many pairs of pants and have never had an issue, but his time was absurdly bad. I picked up my pants and after I got home I noticed the sloppiest stitching. Maybe they thought they could get away with it because it was black stitching on black fabric, but they didn't get away with it because it looked like crap. Then I noticed the holes! Sloppy stitching can be fixed, but holes in a fresh pair of pants?! What's that

There is no comparison. This place does incredible work. I have been coming here for almost 10 years. They have repaired multiple pairs of jeans, slacks, suits, and have even corrected bad work from a place in the valley.
They can repair rips & tears and most of the time make them almost invisible to the casual eye. I've had to point out repairs to friends that couldn't spot it.
In addition, they are always pleasant and have helped me when I was in a time crunch for a business trip.
Prices are always reasonable. Especially for LA.

I've taken many a pair of high end jeans for repairs here. Prices were pretty reasonable for the amount of work and the results were great. On a recent trip I was quoted $20 to fix a 1" broken seam in a crape skirt and $30 to reattach a loose patch. It took me about 20 minutes to do this by hand, so this would have taken a professional with a sewing machine less than 10...

I think the low point was when my niece said my jeans were so baggy that I had a "sad butt." Denim Revival to the rescue. I took in 3 of my most cherished and comfortable jeans to have them all hemmed and tapered - no more JNCO life for me. Admittedly, I was skeptical. I'm a stickler for original hems and I've been known to donate jeans if I can tell they've been altered at all.
Four days later (they were done early) I went back to try them on and it was like I had 3 new, perfectly fitted pairs of jeans. No stitch was out of place, the taper was perfect, even the frayed

I am so glad I found this place on Yelp!! My favorite pair of distressed AG jeans had a couple big holes that rendered them unwearable. I was about to sadly toss them when I thought I should do an online search to find a denim repair shop that might be able to fix them....and I came across Denim Revival.
The process was so easy! I mailed in my jeans to them and a couple days later they called me saying they could fix them for a cost of $75. I know this might sound pricey, but figured it was better than tossing away a $225 pair of jeans! Within a few days they mailed them back to me - and

This place is such a godsend! When you spend hundreds of dollars on a pair of jeans it's great to be able to extend the life of them!!
I've had numerous pairs of jeans repaired here over the years and the service is great, the price is outstanding and I really appreciate the wonderful seamless work that they do

My favorite thing about this place is the massive candy jar. If you're lucky enough to go on a day that it's recently been refilled, you'll find some good stuff in there.
This is a totally solid spot to get your jeans repaired. I had a hole in an awkward place in one of my fav pairs of jeans, and they did a really nice, seamless job of patching it and reinforcing the whole area. But it's not cheap. That single patch cost me $50. Still, though, glad to have my jeans back in the rotation.

I love Denim Revival. If you ever have any kind of alteration or repair need on your favorite pair of jeans, this is the spot. Those jeans that you thought were ready for burial (due to a huge rip, hole, blowout, wear and tear)? They actually have a second life. Invisible repairs are awesome. And your trusty jeans live on.
I'm not sure if there's anything that Anna can't do, but if there is, I haven't yet discovered it. It's always a quality job.
I'm bummed about some nice jeans I've thrown out in the past before I discovered Denim Revival.
