Had an amazing experience! Yesterday i had a wedding to attend and a hour before the wedding , My zipper broke. I called them and they said come in and they fixed it in 15 mins! Oh I forgot to mention they pressed my shirt for me at no charge ! I highly recommend this place due to their good work and also their kindness . Everyone was very nice and welcoming ! Thanks again !

I needed two items ready the same day. I went in to ask about price and time it would take to get the one item dry cleaned and one item washed and pressed. It would take three hours and honestly I couldn't have been happier. The service was great and frankly I feel the prices are reasonable. I will definitely be using them again.

Yesterday, on the day I had an event to attend I split my pants!!! I called over to the Rio Cleaners and expecting to hear that a seamstress would not be able to help me in my hour of need. On the contrary. They told me to come right over. They took my pants and had me wait in the changing room. I swear, it was 30 seconds later and my perfectly re sewn pants were all done. Best part: when I went to pay they were like "you don't need to pay for that." I was SHOCKED and they in a five minute interaction changed my

This place is great. I live in Santa Clarita and use someone out there, but now I work down the street from here and needed to find a place easily accessible during business hours. I stopped by for my first time since there was a discount code and I let my dry cleaning pile up to about 7 shirts, 3 pants, and 2 jackets. When I dropped it off, they told me it would be ready Saturday (this was Thursday). I asked if I could bother them to at least have the jacket I was dropping off ready by Friday afternoon. To my request they said that would be no problem and no extra charge for a rush cleaning.

After moving to the area I tried to find a new dry cleaners and this place popped up as the most popular in the area so I came by. I had to get a pair of jeans altered and the lady was beyond nice. She knew right away what I wanted and it took less than 2 minutes. I dry cleaned 2 pairs of pants, 2 Blazers and altered 1 pant it came to a total of $56 which was a bit steep but I was able to get everything back within 2 days. So it was quick and the staff is beyond nice!
