Bad business. AWFUL COMMUNICATION AND TREATMENT TO PEOPLE. If you care for humanity, go somewhere else. Phil’s chemicals are harsh and are going to continue to kill the planet, just like his personality. He has no consciousness of the earth and the people on it. This person won’t even apologize when they’re wrong !!! Go to Walmart for better business !!! Wish I would give zero stars for such a negative little person and their little business .

BUYER BEWARE!!!
This is a long review but I feel it important for any potential consumer to know the entire story.
I wish that I would have seen the other review about Specialty Chemicals and Equipment before I made my purchase. As the other reviewer had indicated Phil is a con-man. The amount of time it took to get my lift installed as way longer than it should have been.
I was originally told that it could take a couple of days to complete the install, what I didn't realize was that most of that time would be waiting for Phil to return to the site with materials that the tech needed to do
