Tune Tech patch up an annoying electrical problem I've had for some time with me older model Jeep Cherokee Thanks very much. I took my 07 Odyssey in on a Wednesday morning for an oil change. I also asked Ken, the owner, to check the brakes as I expected the pads and rotors needed to be replaced and likely one or both calipers as well.

I googled oil change, the 4.9 rating i feel are FAKE. I made appointment on the site, i came in at my time. he had no log of me. i show him my screen shot of confirmation. he doesnt have it, wont accept it. i tell him i have catty issue and want oil change. he tells me, he has time open in 4 weeks. FOUR week wait for oil change. when i mention my catty, he seeing body rust and refuses to see it. it likely has rust so u need an exhaust expert. I NVR heard of such a judgement WITHOUT looking face to face. just Guessing about that. i tell him i want appointment for oil change. he Writes it into a

Came in for a failed transmission test and was extremely dissapointed for the charges and service that was offer. He charged me nearly $80 to do an inspection sure that seems pretty standard. After the inspection done he tells me that there's something wrong with my sensors and after told me that he'll replace those for $400 and tell him to check if there anything wrong with my back light, he said sure he'll take a look, a week later I came back he only replace the Mass Air Flow Sensor and my backlight WITHOUT my permission when I only ask him to take a look cause I saw the error light for it was

I almost want to keep this a hidden gem, but the service was so excellent that I want everyone to know about Tune Tech! Ken drove through a snow storm to open the shop in the morning and was still able to greet us with a cheery smile. He was professional, efficient, and honest. You just don't see this in many auto shops anymore. After I dropped the car off and returned home, I had just sat down to get some work done when Ken called to provide an update! He gave an estimate of what the cost would be, and he let me know about another issue they happened to notice, but he was never pushy or unreasonable

After a hectic morning, Ken and his team were my saving grace.
Ken was extremely polite and accommodating. He was attentive and insightful on the phone. Upon arriving, Ken took the time to personally inspect the issue with me. and was able to have it fixed same-day.

I went in to fix up my car's A/C and to get new brakes. Both things my last mechanic told me to get looked at. Ken was super friendly and would give me updates every time he could. He told me I didn't need to get new brakes and ran many diagnostics on my A/C. Ken and his team discovered I only needed a few electrical wires fixed and saved me a ton of money. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, mechanic who values transparency.

Extremely impressed with the work and service! I took my Honda 2012 V6 coupe because my alternator I thought I fixed at another mechanic shop wasn't working properly. 2 days later my car was fixed! Now my car runs like it was brand new again. I have never been to a mechanic that doesn't want to rip you off. I gave Ken the authorization to fix everything and anything he thought needed to be fixed. He only did what was needed at a great price. Honest businessman and would recommend to familia! WOW!! What a great experience! Ken was booked up but he managed to fit me in at the last minute after a sudden cancellation. Ken and his team are very professional and efficient. The price for the repair was very fair and the end result was perfect. Ken didn't try to upsell me on a pile of things I didn't need and I felt he was very honest throughout the whole process.

We brought a used 4Runner to Tune Tech for a vehicle checkout and are we glad we did! Ken was very nice at check-in (even loaned me a cell phone charger) and the technician was able to start within 15 minutes, even though we were late for out appointment.
They found evidence that the dealer had covered up rust damage on the car in addition to some seemingly minor electrical issues. We were disappointed that a nice looking, low mileage car was a scam; but very happy that we turned to Tune Tech to get it checked out. I consider it money well spent!
