Our family has had many positive experiences at this office, not just for cleanings and cavity care, but also through the airway centered approach they take towards caring for my children. We have been able to use Dr. Guarnieri for tongue and lip tie releases, for both my infant as well as my older children. He is skilled in this area, was patient with my nervous older kids, and provided immediate improvement for my infant who was struggling to feed well and whose latch improved immediately following the procedure. He followed up after each procedure with a phone call, allowed me to text him pictures

I have been seeing Dr.Sam and his truly excellent Team - Tami, Renie, Mindy, and Dana - for several years since moving back to the Rochester area, and I can't say enough how positive my experiences have all been. The PDE team is genuinely friendly and helpful, but most importantly, knowledgeable and thorough. They explain all treatments and procedures and never rush their work or time with you. I have been to several dentist in Rochester and found the staff here to be the most kind and informative. I've been dismissed in the passed by other dentists when asking about concerns and today the doctor and team listened and answered my questions. I felt heard and supported. They brought up whole body health and discussed things I've noticed and have been exploring on my own. I was greatful for the knowledge they shared. It was so nice to go to a dentist that cared about the whole body and mental health of the patient.

I came in to Dr. Gaurnieri's office, not having been to a dentist in several years, knowing I would probably have some problems. Sam and his staff did an amazing job of immediately making me feel comfortable. After my first appointment, I left immensely impressed with the level of knowledge and passion the staff have for dentistry. You can tell the entire office LOVE what they do, and take an immense amount of pride and care in their work. I would recommend Sam, and Pittsford Dental Excellence to anyone in need of dental healthcare.

I have been a patient of Dr. Guarnieri's for over 35 years. I have always received excellent care. Dr. Guarnieri and his staff are genuinely concerned about the overall health of their patients and always stay up to date with their medical history. I have always found that they go above and beyond. A few weeks ago, I ran out of a product that is very important in maintaining my oral health. I am so happy to be a patient at Pittsford Dental Excellence. Dr. Sam Guillerni goes above and beyond for his patients. He personally called me during the epidemic to check in and see how I was doing. Once back in the office I was impressed with all of the precautions in place for my dental cleaning. Pittsford Dental Excellence/Dr. Guarnieri is by far the best dentist I have ever had. When I visit the office, I feel like the Dr. and staff genuinely care about me; they are super friendly and take their time explaining certain things to me and they look for practical solutions to issues that I never even knew I had. They also seem to have the latest technology. I can tell they all really love their job. It's a great environment. Also, I appreciate all the safety measures they are taking due to Covid. I highly recommend Pittsford Dental Excellence and I always tell everyone I know to go there

I was so appreciative to be seen by Dr.Guarnieri on a Sunday afternoon and during the holiday season for tooth discomfort. Dr. Guarnieri has been our family dentist for many years. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his patients issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Dr. Sam Guarnieri’s office is a hidden gem. I’ve been to the office for a very thorough consult, cleaning, crown replacement, front teeth cosmetics, and he even came in on his day off for a broken tooth. Yes, I grind my teeth, but Dr. Guarnieri is doing so much more than fixing the damage...we’re on a mission to stop the grinding. Dr. Sam loves his profession! He has a close-knit staff, consistently friendly and helpful; they are people that you want to be taking care of you. All charges are presented upfront so no surprises. Easy to find office, big parking lot, clean and comfortable waiting

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Guarnieri and his team. First of all, Renie's patience and follow through is what convinced me it was worth the visit. I must have asked a dozen questions, and she was very gracious and never seemed to be in a rush to get off the phone. She worked around my weird schedule, and got me in within a week of calling.
