Took my Jeep here after a bad experience at the dealership. They have great communication. I spoke to Mike about getting my car worked on and he said to drop it off and they would take care of it. Best decision ever. They were quick, they updated me, and they even washed my car for me. As a working mom that was a huge plus!!! I recommend them to everyone who asks for body work.

I went to the body shop because it is close to where i live and needed an estimate. I entered the office and there were 4 people at the computers. I requested an estimate and had to fill some paperwork. After I finished the paperwork one of the personal went out with me and looked at the damage and took a few pictures. We reentered the office and he had me sit down. I saw a bumper sticker on one of the computers and asked what it meant. Had to get my truck fixed from hitting a deer going 55 miles an hour here and they did an absolute great job. I’m very particular when it comes to my truck and every gap in the panels was spot on and the paint matched up perfectly. They also give your vehicle a very good cleaning before they deliver it to you and keep it in the dry storage while at their facility. They were very easy to work with insurance companies along with very simple paperwork. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends

Joe Neuburt had my car for well over a month to fix after a collision. I understand the issue with getting parts in due to supply disruptions during the pandemic so I am not that upset about the time to repair the car. After I got my car back I took it to the dealership for a normal oil change where they informed me that the collision center...Joe Neuburt had dismantled the wiring only to not reconnect most of the wiring in the front of the vehicle. Since learning this I have learned of other college students that took their car here and having Joe Nueburt half doing a job. Terrible practices

WOW, good place to take your car for repairs. Everyone was so helpful and professional. They did an excellent job on my car repairs and the inside was nicely detail, looked like it did when I first purchased it. Highly recommend JOE NEUBERT COLLISION CENTER.

I've used Joe Neubert several times in the past . So I thought they would be the go place to replace my rear bumper called them ask how much to change my bumper out that I had my own bumper. He quickly told me we don't do that kind of work. Really your a body shop. That's ok though I found another body shop that would. I will never go back to Joe Neubert or recommended them to anyone else again!

I came in at the end of July with damage to my truck and spoke with Garrett. I personally called and text and emailed Garrett half a dozen times and never ever got a response. I called the shop left messages and never got a call back from his co-workers. I've used your company three or four times already. I ended up pulling my vehicle and payment that was already sent and took it to Caliber Collision in Farragut who has already taken care of me very quickly and professionally. I have had good experiences with you folks before but this was totally unacceptable. Tom

Joe Neubert on Clinton Hwy absolutely blew my mind with their customer service!
I have a 2005 Chrysler 300, which sits low to the ground. I had busted off the rocker panel, and pulled my bumper partially off by bottoming out. I took the car to their shop and asked them to have those pieces reattached. I also had a new headlight lamp that I wanted installed.
They simply asked me to leave the car with them and that they would work me in, and call me when it was ready. To my surprise, they called me back the same day. Then, I asked them how much the bill was going to be, and I was completely SHOCKED

Did a great job repairing my car after collision incident with some trash on the road. They worked with my insurance so I did basically nothing to get the claim, the cost was lower than I expected, and they had it done within a week of dropping off my car. Car looks exactly like it did before the incident. They even washed my car and vacuumed the interior. Hopefully I won't hit road trash again, but if I do, I will come back!

If I could give negative stars I would. Took two tries to get the color right and it's still off. They didn't even start the job until after it was promised and then got it wrong, causing a while extra week without vehicle. On top of that, they put door dings in the door that didn't need fixing and then charged full price for all the hassle and poor workmanship. I would never go back.

Repairs fixed right the First time! Good customer service and always greeted with a smiling face.
