If you are going through insurance, the tow bill will be billed directly to them. If you decide to pay out of pocket, the tow bill will be added to the final bill and due at the time the repair is complete. If you need a rental car, we can help you make the necessary arrangements. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant.

These guys were great! I had an accident and had to leave town on business the next two weeks. They were able to get my vehicle in and finished by the time I got back. The quality of work was top notch and at a fair price. You can’t even tell where the damage was, and the paint was blended in beautifully. I plan on bringing my vehicle back to get some other miscellaneous small dents and scratches fixed around the vehicle here in the future. This shop is truly professional.

I used Courtesy for several auto body repairs over the years and was satisfied with their work. That all changed a bit more than a year ago when I took my vehicle in to have roof damage repaired, which included a new windshield. At first I was impressed with the work performed, but after the first rainstorm I found water dripping from the headliner. Several trips back to the shop did not correct the problem and even though I provided photos and video of where the windshield seal was leaking, the glass was never pulled and replaced. The last time I took it in was the final straw because it was returned

So, I ended up bringing my vehicle back here after I said I wouldn't as I was in a rush and never found a better quote for my seatbelt. Ended up paying close to $500 because I needed another part as well. Feel like the price was on my high end but I'm happy with it as my passenger side seatbelt works again and the seats recline once more. Extremely happy with the same day service.

I have used this company twice for both of my vehicles that need body work and paint. Matt, Dean, and Slim have done exceptional work on mine and my husband’s modified cars. I would recommend them to anyone. You won’t get a better paint job, especially avoiding the “orange peel” on most paint jobs. Basically in and out with paint jobs. After reading a lot of reviews on other body shops I am very happy to have chosen courtesy body works. I dropped off Thursday with thoughts of my car being done within 4-5 business days. They had it done Monday! Along with a wonderful job my car was so clean. They had cleaned my car inside and out! They made my day so much better! Great work, great prices and wonderful staff. Our collectible Porsche was the recipient of unwanted attention from an uninsured driver that backed into the drivers side rear quarter panel. Micah and Courtesy not only brought my baby back to Concourse condition but fought with the insurance company to have them pay to do the job correctly. A lesser shop would have cut corners and would have forgone the hassle. I'm extremely happy I trusted Courtesy to do the repairs correctly, within budget and quickly. 20 days from accident to my car back in the garage. Thank you

My wife was rear-ended in a parking lot, so no police report was available. The other driver had auto insurance through Safeco. While he accepted responsibility and was nice, Safeco was a nightmare to work with. Micah (at Courtesy) went back-and-forth with them for weeks and finally got them to approve what needed to be done to fix our minivan.
Micah and the guys couldn't have been more pleasurable to work with. No one aspires to have reason to repair their vehicle. But, when you do need repairs done, you want someone that will do it right the first time. The guys at Courtesy were kind, professional

I tried to handle a call to this company on behalf of an elderly and easily confused customer. Whoever I talked to was unhelpful and very harsh. They seemed more interested in telling me what to do than to listen to our customers concerns. Maybe it was a bad day, but it was enough to steer me away from ever using this company.

My mom and I took my first car ( Toyota RAV4 ) here. I was in a head on collision and my car was almost totaled, the whole front end was smashed in but they were able to fix it and did a great job at that! The guy was super nice and wasn't rude at all like some other car places just because I'm a woman. Since then I've been in some fender benders and had some dents repaired by them and they continuously do a wonderful job.
