My fiance and I found the perfect rental on Martha's Vineyard for our elopement. I followed Point B's process by submitting a request for booking on their website. After being ignored for 3 days, I contacted their office. They pulled some crap indicating that my request got sent to a different mailbox they couldn't access. They promised to look into it right away and call me back. The next day, I still hadn't heard back from them so called their

This place *royally* screwed me on a rental this summer.
My family and I decided in March of this year that we wanted to come to Martha's Vineyard this summer. We booked a house rental through Point B for the week of the Fourth of July, and then immediately booked our ferry tickets. (If you're not familiar with the MV ferry, you need to make a reservation in advance if you're bringing a car, and on summer weekends it sells out months in advance.) Rental pickings were getting pretty slim, as a lot of houses are booked far in advance, so we were happy we found something. We signed

We worked with Kristin Buck for a rental and she went well above and beyond to help the family with many many questions from me, who has never been to MV. She helped me with transportation to the island when flights got delayed into the night, helped with babysitting services! I couldn't have done any of that without her assistance. I personally use Point B Realty’s MV because they give great customer service when we are renting on the island- they make it so easy! I also follow their blog by Guinevere Cramer because I get the best “inside” info about the hottest new trends and spots on the island to visit! She gives the coolest info and unique perspective on the island. I always know what’s happening on MV because if Point B.

Love the team at Point B! They are very caring and go above and beyond for their customers as well as very professional and knowledgeable.
