Had my window broken by burglars. Tried scheduling an appointment with another glass company, but they couldn't do it for a couple days. Called Tigris and they were able to do it same day and for half the price! Friendly service and the install was faster than expected. Definitely going here for my future glass needs.

Tigris is awesome!! I got my window smashed out at work yesterday and safelite wasn’t able to get me in for a week. Tigris got me in the same day and I paid less than my deductible! Super helpful, fast and great quality service. I would recommend them to anyone! Also, Amber at the front desk is super personable and friendly, she made the experience even better!!

I was driving on the freeway and something hit my driver’s side window and completely shattered it.
called around for some quotes and Tigris had the best price, quoting $149 before tax, while others quoted $200-250 not including tax.
The final cost was $157.50.
I made an appointment but they do same day as well!
I talked to their front staff, Amber. Super friendly , chill, and professional person to work with!
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

They are cheating with the price. From the start, they told me about the cost of just 750$ including taxes and everything. After all the work was done with my two rear glasses, they said that some additional charges arose because of reasons. After tough conversation with the owner they decide goes down but not all. I will not trusted them again. And if you really need they service make sure to be prepared for that surprise🦄

I had an amazing experience! Amber is super friendly and really knows her stuff. I went in expecting to get a quote and make an appointment, but I got an amazing quote and was able to get my windshield fixed right then and there! I thought it was going to take all day, but within a couple hours my windshield was all done! Overall, their price was great and their service was amazing!

I'm so impressed with how quickly I was able to get in and how reasonable the price was. My car, passenger front window was involved in a smash and grab on Friday night. Rain was coming, glass everywhere.. I called frantically looking for help. I basically was looking at a week or more wait for Safelite. I was very disappointed. I called around and happened to call Tigris this morning. I was sooo impressed!! Same day appointments! $200 cheaper than Safelite! Thank you so, so much!!

Someone broke into my truck I looked and looked but Nobody else had my driver window in stock because of my trucks age😞 but no need to fear Tigris was there for the save!! it took a little longer than expected but amber and Ashton made it happen ! I even had my newborn with me and had to use the restroom Amber and Ashton helped hold my little one! Thank you all for your EXCELLENT service. I will no longer go anywhere else. I'm honestly not sure why there are any negative reviews for this place, because I'm extremely impressed with their work! A few key points I have to mention, the first one, I originally sent out a quote on Yelp to multiple businesses trying to see how much it would be to replace my windshield, this is the only place that was reasonable with their prices and I kid you not I only paid $200 out the door ($189 + $11 sales tax). I'm like WHAT. And they did it not even in an hour more like 45 minutes. The front desk receptionist, amber, was exceptional and felt like I was just talking

I came from out of the county & I couldn't be happier with the servic, employees & even the other customers seem to happy as well. I called & requested a Saturday appointment because I live an hour a way.
I over slept on that Saturday & I was sure I was going to have to reschedule, nope the super sweet lady running the office was so happy & upbeat. Today is October 13th. 2020. I finally have time to fix my windshield... I am at Capital auto glass...come to find out i was given the wrong windshield...I have to replace the entire thing. When they took the windshield off...I had my phone in my hand to video it...the guy here made me promise to not take pictures...so I promised...they showed me the problem...not only was I given the wrong windshield...they clearly showed me the difference in the black lining that was uneven...thats why when I drove on the freeway...it was like air blowing in my car... see my pictures of the horrendous job..

I had a 12 o'clock appointment to have windshield gasket looked at as it was still under warranty but was making terrible wind noise on the interstate (40+mph) and was leaking water into the cab from multiple points when it rained. While I was waiting in the lobby I heard two other customers bring their cars back due to wind noise. It's not an anomaly. After waiting an hour and a half they finally took my vehicle back to get worked on. (1:30p)
