Capital Auto Glass was so amazing! My car was broken into this morning and when I called them Alexis was so helpful in connecting me to places that might have the glass I need. I needed both a passenger side front window and the driver side. She then was able to get me a same day appointment! The folks who worked on my car were friendly, courteous, and fast. I was there total about 2 hours which is very impressive given that it was a same day appointment in the afternoon.

These guys were great. My side window was broken into, and they were able to get me in on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend. The staff is very friendly and the owner is a nice guy! I have a brand new window at a fair price. I'm never going anyplace else!

The repair itself is fine. This review is strictly for their customer service well the lack there of. These people are rude. I get it you're short staffed don't take it out on customers. They put you on hold immediately without a greeting and has an attitude when they return to the phone. Oh and while "talking" to you on the phone they greet and proceed to help guest who just walked through the door and without warning put you back on hold. Take your business some where else they obviously dont want it here.

I called and inquired about a new windshield on my 2018 Sante Fe. My deductible was $500, other auto glass companies were quoting me about the same price, with a little bit of a wait. Capital Auto Glass not only saved me money, but had an appointment time for me the next day that worked with my work schedule. The staff was friendly, they were punctual with time (both for the start of the appointment and how long it would take). They gave me instructions for immediate care (leave tape on, no car wash, etc). I would recommend them. Thanks for the new windshield. My only comment or concern is that

I truly enjoyed this place! The front and back people were very nice. I was in and out in no time but I also booked an appointment first thing in the morning. It usually takes about 2 hours and mine was done in about a hour and twenty minutes. The crack on my windshield was from one end to the other and difficult to see because it was right in my eye sight. Now! I can see everything and it looks crystal clear. Also the place itself was clean in the waiting area and there is also target really close if you don't want to sit and wait. I am so happy with the work they did.

October 13...I came here today to have my windshield fixed.
Originally a couple weeks ago..I had my windshield replaced at tigris. They not only gave me the wrong size windshield...it was so poorly put in...air was coming through as I drove on the freeway.
I brought my car this morning to Capital auto glass...and they were so wonderfully...not only could they not fix it...the entire windshield had to be replaced...
The nice guy showed me how the gap was so big...it was the wrong size windshield...therefore it had to be replaced.
I was not going back to Tigris...no way.
So the man showed me
