Arriving Airport Shuttle passengers are grouped into our 24 passenger buses and transported to 3 to 5 neighboring hotels. The Airport Shuttle service is low cost transportation. Must schedule return transportation to McCarran the day prior with a minimum pickup time of 2.5 hours prior to flight departure.

Worst ever! Arrived at 9pm and booths closed. Had to take taxi to resort. No Bells booth at resort because MGM resorts have severed all ties with this company! Had to take taxi back to airport. Just try and get a refund! No working phone number. Even Travelocity can't get hold of them! Rip off artists!

First, their is no way to contact anyone. Second, their drivers are rude. I am at Planet Hollywood waiting for my bus that I paid for to pick me up. I see a Bell Tran bus and run after it to find out where I need to be for pickup. There is an area marked buses, taxi, Uber, and shuttle drop off/pick up and apparently Bell Trans drops you off by the parking garage instead. I ask the driver where do I stand to be picked up by Bell Tran shuttle. He replies that I don’t know what kind of transportation you have setup. I’m like what? I paid your company to pick me up and take me to the airport. He

Highly recommend this shuttle. Gets you to where you have to be for a reasonable price. 30 round trip from airport to hotel and back to airport. Will use again next time I'm in Vegas.

I scheduled for pickup through front desk of The Venetian.
I was waiting for the driver on time (7:50pm) for pickup time at 8pm, Friday, Nov 5, 2020. When he arrived, he went in the wrong side of the pickup area where people are dropped off, then kept on moving forward near the exit so I had to keep walking to catch him. Then he parked almost where the traffic light was. So I had to walk quite some distance to a darker area away from all the people.
When I finally approached him I told him "I thought you were going to park where all shuttle buses park right in front" (of the hotel exit doors

This company is very unprofessional!!! We land go to the booth call the designated number they don’t pick when they finally did up have excuse to take bus to shuttle! These people need to be out of business they only want your money don’t care for the customer!
I should have checked their rating before booking

I had my backpack stolen while I was in Vegas. My vouchers were in there along with all my diabetic medications. I call the phone number for help and was on hold for over 30 minutes with no one ever picking up. There is a number to text the company if you have a problem. What kind of customer service can you have responding via a text? So I did and didn't get a response back until 90 min later. At I gave them my confirmation number and my name. The response I got was they had no record of my last name. I asked them about the confirmation number. They said they can't track my purchase using that

Wish I had read the reviews. Don't waste your time or your money. After waiting half an hour, I gave up and took an Uber. The driver told me he was across the street and it would be 2 minutes. Liar. Let these dishonest clowns go out of business.

Purchased 4 tickets at airport totaling $61.50. Waited for over an hour in 110 degree weather. they continued to sell tickets and crowd continued to grow but finally some rude lady came out of her air conditioned booth and told us all their shuttles broke down and we would need to call some number to get a refund as they were closing their booth. impossible to get through to a person, ended up emailing the company. a day later they sent me an unapologetic response with a form I needed to print out and mail back along with my unused ticket stubs. still waiting on my $61.50 refund. terrible

From the airport to the hotel was fine. Scheduling the return trip however...? Impossible. All contact numbers go to the same recording that I sat on hold for over half an hour with. Had to find our own ride back, after already paying them for both ways. Avoid like the plague.

We've use Bell for 12 years and really have never had an issue. Made reservations date before for pick up and return service to airport. No one showed up for 45 minutes past our reservation time. Could not contact company to find out were our transportation was. Only got lucky because shuttle was dropping off at Queens hotel next to us that we got transportation through Bell. They need a personal line to address problems not only automated phone service.
