Go to get a shuttle, the ticket windows were closed. There's a note stating, pay driver correct fee. Go to ask an associate that's standing at a limo podium about the shuttles. NO SHUTTLES. WHY??? Now we had to lug our luggage across to the other side to catch a Lyft/Uber. It was quite an inconvenience. I guess this is it now either a limo service or Uber/Lyft with this pandemic.

You or Bell Charter or what ever your name is is horrible customer service. Trying to schedule a return trip to the airport sucks.
Your automated phone system doesn't work. I called to schedule a return trip, your outdated system heard Paris instead of Harrah's. At least your confirmation text let me know I was gonna be waiting at Harrah's for nothing.
I even left a voicemail of my phone number for a call back and no one ever did.
Shave the headache.. take an Uber.

After seeing the owner's comments on a previous post essentially claiming that it's only a few people with bad experiences posting here and that most passengers are happy and have no issues, I felt the need to post the reality here.
Having flown to and from Vegas many times and used Showtime Tours for transportation every time except once (when I had a rental car), I can tell you that they are horrible.
You may say "wait a minute, how can you tell me they are horrible, but that you keep using them?"
It's simple: You get what you pay for and they are the cheapest.

In Las Vegas and this is by far my worst shuttle experience. We waited almost an hour for our shuttle to come! Then when it comes time to load up and head out, the driver takes his precious time counting and collecting luggages. He had us wait outside, which was absolutely ridiculous when he could've simply opened the door to let us sit in there and wait for him to check us in. Not only was it already HOT, but now we also had major hot air blowing at us from under his bus! He checked us on the bus one by one, again, taking his precious time! I can go on, but I'm already too pissed off

Terrible shuttle service! Paid for service with a group of 10 three shuttles arrived at our hotel (MGM Grand ) all three drivers claimed they were only dropping off not picking up. I get it drivers are not rocket scientists but what ever happened to customer service. Don't use this shuttle service, Uber it use another service!! Have been waiting over an hour and still no Showtime shuttle...never again
Last driver to arrive was a sarcastic old guy who literally said that Showtime shuttle is owned by Southwest Airlines and doesn't care if they receive bad reviews on Yelp.

We prepaid for our shuttle to come, and ended up waiting over an hour before we called. We were told that our shuttle was on its way. We waited another 15 minutes before calling again, and were told that our driver marked us as a no-show.
I called the morning of our pick up to confirm our location was correct, which it was. After calling the second time and hearing that our driver had marked us as a no-show I was completely devastated. My mom and I almost missed our flight. My mom's been trying to contact HR but has heard nothing. We will continue to call until we get our money back.

1. When you book online, they ask you for your landing date and time. Which is nice, I assumed this was to know when to expect us. Not the case what so ever! When we got to the designated booth as mentioned in the confirmation ticket - someone was there but their sign said closed! This was at 6:30am in the morning now. My thing is, why ask when we land when no one will be there? Finally around 6:40am to 6:50am someone finally arrived! She was rude as hell. I don't remember her name but she had short red hair. I brushed it off. Whatever. Woke up on the wrong side of the bed I assume.

Save your time and money and just get an Uber. I booked my flight and round trip shuttle service through allegiant, so my services were prepaid. The shuttle that took us from the airport to Bally's was okay, but leaving was another story. We waited an hour and nearly missed our flight. I called the customer service number and was told our driver was by the Bellagio. The driver never showed and when I called customer service back I was sent to voicemail multiple times. After an hour our shuttle still had not arrived so I arranged for an Uber to pick my boyfriend and I up from our hotel. The

This was our first time using Showtime for our transfer to/from the airport. We pre purchased our tickets online and had our tickets printed. When we arrived at the airport, the Showtime pick up location was easy to find outside the doors. Our shuttle arrived in minutes.
The transfer to our hotel did take some time. We got on this small sized bus. Our driver loaded lots of other travelers and I would say the process of loading and checking other passengers took about fifteen minutes. Once passengers were loaded, our driver took us to our destination.
We chose the MGM on this trip and luckily

Never take this! I feel like every time I come to Vegas I buy a shuttle ticket and then I immediately regret it.
So we were waiting in line. The driver tells two people behind us to go into the bus.... I don't mind them cutting. In fact, we don't mind cause we are all taking the same bus to go to the same place. But then the driver immediately tells us that he can't seat us three girls because he only has room for two people. Um... Excuse me... Then why did you let two people cut in front of us? Do the math!!!!!!... I am writing this review in a state of anger. I am also waiting

Whatever you do, do not choose this shuttle service! This is by far the worst you can experience in Las Vegas.
We arrived late at night on a Friday night. There was a 30 minute way for the taxis, so we thought a shuttle service may be faster. Showtime looked as though they had the most shuttles so we decided to go with them. We first inquired about their limo/car service but the lady said she couldn't give us pricing on that because they don't take care of that at her station. Yet they advertise it right at the front of her booth?!?!?! It was late, we didn't want to argue so

I used the Showtime Tours shuttle from the airport to my hotel on The Strip and back. I paid for a round trip ticket at $16.50 and it was probably the cheapest thing I bought during my short weekend trip.
The shuttles I rode in were in good shape and clean; the other passengers were polite and seating was not a problem. The drivers are not what I would call "friendly" but this is Vegas and after living there for two years most people are not that friendly, but they get you where you want to go and that's what's most important.
I made my pickup reservation over the phone

My girlfriend recommended that I take this shuttle to Treasure Island since it was only $8.00/one way. What a steal! I came outside & the line was long! I waited about 15 minutes to pay, then waited another 15 minutes for a shuttle. If you are in no rush to get to your hotel, this is the best, most inexpensive way to go. However, there are like 12 people in the shuttle & they are going to other hotels too so there will be numerous stops. It took about 30 minutes to get to TI from the airport. In addition, the driver skipped Harrah's to drop off those at TI first which really
