Requests will receive an email within 2-3 business days to discuss your order and confirm details. Thursday - Saturday: 12:30 pm - 7:00pm Sunday: 12:30 pm - 5pm Order requests with less than a 48-hour notice may not be fulfilled. Cupcakes: One dozen cupcake minimum order per flavor *Some flavors may not be fulfilled due to timing and/or seasonal availability.
We are very proud to offer made-from-scratch cupcakes using only the freshest ingredients. What goes great with your favorite cupcake? Our locally roasted and freshly brewed coffee and espresso from Batdorf and Bronson in Atlanta, GA. We offer a wide variety of specialty hot and cold coffee drinks, including blended frozen coffee drinks hot chocolate.

Called saying I was going to pick up a dozen cookies and it ended up they didn't have a full dozen. The owner made a fresh batch in time it took me to drive there. Loved that!!! (I guess it was the owner because he said it was his grandma's recipe.) It was the end of the day, they did not have to go to the trouble, but they did!! Great business and delicious cookies!!!!

I bought a lemon cupcake which cost $2.95. I took a bite on my way home, and I threw it away as soon as I got home. I don't know when they made it, but it sure didn't taste like it was fresh. Also, there was absolutely NO lemon taste to it. The cake was dry and tasted like vanilla. The icing was cream cheese and not fresh either. The service was good. This is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. I will not be returning!

When we moved to the area, this was our place to go for cupcakes, especially vegan ones (two of our kids have food allergies). However, over the last couple years we’ve had subpar experiences. They do great with decorating the cakes, but the flavors and textures of the cake is pretty bad. The texture isn’t fluffy and moist, but very dry, crumbly, and grainy. My kids who like dessert, said last time that it tasted weird and wouldn’t eat them. My son who is four said that the cake smelled like chemicals. I don’t know what has changed or if they’re making them days in advance and freezing

Excellent customer service and amazing Gluten Free cupcakes. Tried one while ordering my daughter's 1st birthday cake. Ended up ordering the whole birthday cake gluten free and bought 12 cupcakes for the party. Then, the next day couldnt get the amazing taste off my mind, ordered 4 cupcakes for delivery. Just as amazing!! Cant wait for the party I am sure the cake will be just as amazing 💕

We wanted a couple cupcakes for my daughters birthday. We never been there before. We bought five cupcakes. Two coconut, one letchin not sure of spelling, one vanilla and one butter pecan. The taste of the coconut frosting is good, but the cake was terrible on all the cupcakes. It tasted like a 7 day old cake. They looked good but that's it.

Recently, I purchased a dozen of cookies and cream ( minimum is order requirements is a dozen)and four red velvet cupcakes from Splats via online ordering. I decided to purchase online due to the unpredictable store hours. We stopped be the location several times and it would be closed with note of the outside of normal business hours. I just recently have become allergic to gluten and dairy. I've always loved Splats cupcakes, but Walking in today I really had low expectations for them having something gluten and dairy free. Sure enough when I walked in they had a vegan marble cupcake sitting right in the window and let me tell you. It was the BEST cupcake i have ever had! Made my day thank you so much splat!

We recently moved to Ga and spent a good amount of time looking for a nearby bakery that was not based out of home. We found this about 25 min away and went in to buy a couple cupcakes and order my bday cake. We should have waited to order the cake until after we tried the cupcakes. 4 different flavors but all had little flavor and we super dry. I want looking forward to my birthday cake and honestly, had my husband not paid up front when he ordered we would have continued our bakery search. The best cupcake in Buford! This is our second time to come and it is good as it used to be. They have different flavors everyday I think. Last time we choose the blue Happy day and this time we have the caramel popcorn. Just love them! The cake taste so soft and the cream not so sweet. Will come back again and again.

It's pretty difficult to find any bakery anywhere that is not only mindful, but respectful of certain dietary limitations/preferences. I have a severe gluten allergy in my skin and have never had a reaction to any of their products, and both times I have ordered a gluten free/vegan cake, I have been over the moon delighted. The cakes have a perfect bounciness and NO crumble which is rare in gluten free baking. This time, Anna worked with me to make a super special custom cake and checked in with me about possible cross-contamination in factory ingredients and made alternative suggestions. Literally

Cupcakes were delicious! I needed cupcakes for a cousins bday and I'm from out of town. No complaints from me or my cousin. The day i went in there weren't many non chocolate options other than bday cupcake and almond. That's the only thing i notices when i was looking for my family that doesn't like chocolate... but the taste of the cupcakes were GREAT!

I tried the salted caramel cupcake. The cake was dry and a little hard around the edges. The icing was good but that's the only part. I was very dissatisfied and I will not be returning. My mom also did not like her cupcake and she had a different flavor so, I personally wouldn't recommend you give it a try.

We put in a special order for an 8" Strawberry and Cream cake for a baby shower, along with 3 dozen mini cupcakes, Black & Tan with Salted Caramel, Key Lime & Very Vanilla with Sprinkles. We also ordered a couple of the gluten-free cupcakes. Everything was so moist and delicious and all our guests raved about them! They were a pleasure to work with and we will definitely order from them again!!

A friend recommended Splat to me and I am glad she did! I brought home 4 cupcakes as a Friday treat: Butterfinger, Date Night (chocolate covered strawberry), butterbeer, and salted caramel. My daughter and I split the Date Night and the Butterfinger and they were DIVINE. Very moist, not too sweet, and delicious buttercream icing. Not to mention they are very nice looking. I may go back tomorrow and pick up a few as a gift to my grandmother. They're not cheap - about $3/each - but definitely worth it for a treat!

Splat cupcake is my favorite place to get a treat in Hamilton Mill. They're cupcakes are always delicious, moist and delightful. They're coffee and espresso is excellent. I actually frequent this place more for their coffee than anything. They beat out Starbucks on flavor, customer service, and price. The coffee they brew is local here in Atlanta. They use only the freshest ingredients for their cupcakes and cakes. They also serve cookies, cheesecakes, and other pastries. This is a family-owned small business, that puts kindness and customer service first.

My favorite cupcakes in town. I knew it from the first bite. The place is decorated beautifully, comfortably, and it's "kid friendly" too. Heck, it's "study friendly" "meeting friendly" ect. The cupcakes have such a "just baked" taste to me that I've never gotten anywhere else.

I ordered the blueberry lemonade cupcake. It was light in lemon and blueberry flavor, it had fresh blueberries in the frosting, very refreshing. The Oreo cupcake was what my son ordered for his Splatty-Shake, it was awesome. Other items ordered were a sugar cookie, happy birthday chocolate cupcake, and the strawberry vanilla cupcake. Tried this place out because we wanted some cupcakes for my kids and it was my birthday. Guy behind the counter was nice and helpful. We ordered three cupcakes and a slice of the cake of the day ( which was Oreo). Spent almost $14, 4.99 of which was on the cake. So, I was expecting a large piece of cake. Unfortunately, it was a pretty small slice for the money (see picture). The three cupcakes were decorated nicely and they had a good selection to choose from. Darling bakery that I would frequent more often if they would carry breakfast baked goods. (The gal working tried to tell me that their cheesecake could fall into "breakfast" territory.) The decor is whimsical, the service is friendly, and the cupcake prices are reasonable. The coffee was pretty bitter, but maybe that's intentional so that its lack of sweetness is balanced by the over-the-top sweetness of the frosting on the cupcakes. Ooooomysugar, I could feel my temples vibrating from the thick sweetness of the icing. I will say that they are significantly better than the cupcakes
