This was our first stay in Needles. From Nov 19-29 we stayed at, and were impressed by, the Needles Marina Resort. We were able to find a site that was spacious, looked out over grass and the river. Very peaceful and very comfortable! All hookups worked well and the whole park was clean, well-repaired, and well-organized. Restrooms were clean and all in working order. The laundry facility is one of the nicest I have been in, very clean, all machines functioning well ... plus, a lovely stainless wash tub WITH a plug for some hand laundry. Bonus! Staff in the office were charming, welcoming and knowledgeable

Really nice stopping place, right on the Colorado River. There are seasonal sites in back, permanent park models on one side and lots of level pull thrus in the front. In summer you get a lot of boaters who make boat noises, but in fall it's pretty peaceful. There is a golf course across the street and it has a bar/restaurant where you can walk for decent dinner. Excellent bathrooms, well maintained facility. Office open 8-4, if closed, you just pick a site and pay in the morning. We have stayed 3 times, perfect overnight but also has Route 66 things to see and the golf, and putting your toes in

Horrible customer service and hospitality from the front counter personnel. They call them selves a resort?? That’s a laugh in itself!!! They pick and choose who they want to give reservations for boat slips and let launch from the park. The private housing community next door helps keep them in business, yet they are rude to those home owners. This place is under new ownership and I must say they need training in customer service and hospitality. I recommend the old lady on the front counter be fired for giving out misleading information. She was the main reason for ruining what was supposed

I do not recommend needles resort. They surprisingly charged a $75 for a rented trailer. They were told it was rented prior to booking and that the trailer would be dropped off before they could check in and it was all okay. Even talked to them the morning of drop off and they said that that was still okay. Now a $75 fee?! When asked why or what is it for, she simply replied because it’s “rented” lol it’s a friend of a friends using it but still. That’s bs. And she couldn’t tell me why. Just because it’s rented. Bs.
