4th of July weekend WRISTBANDS! People shouldn't be in hospitality business if they dunno how to serve better to their "paying" guests.
So we rented 2 cabins for 4 people on each cabin. Unfortunately not everyone came so is 3 in one cabin and 2 on the other for a total of 5 people and we paid for 8! (take note Mrs. Admin!) (keep the monies looks like you need it more than we do)
So...3 of us just experienced a very rare rant from the Administrator in chief. (will omit her name but you know who you are! disgusting behavior and poor customer service) and she harassed us all day

My wife and I stayed in Space #4 and were going to stay as long as to November while our house was being built. The electric circuit breakers on space 4 could not handle our a/c and microwave at the same time. The park advertises wi-fi, but has it is lousy,, all but unusable, and they know it. The park is in some kind of a cell phone hole, as well. All but incommunicado. Ambiguous rule for visitors of residence. Horrible the manager is very rude. We paid for a month rent and met with questions about our toy hauler and it's year. It's new but funny to be asked that while we where parked next to a ran down 1960 Winnie . I was questioned by security while in the shower and the wind made a rip in our awning immediately we where told to take it down but needed it for shade for the dogs. I repaid it and it took two days we where then told to leave the next day for not following rules with the awning the manager lady cam and yelled offensive words at us and called the police

We stayed in a cottage on the river. Had an awesome view from inside and from the deck. Sabrina in the office was extremely nice and answered all our questions. Narrow entrance to the launch ramp which was only 20 yards from our cottage but very doable as there was never any traffic. Dock was closed so one of us had to hold the jet skis in the rough water when we we’re getting out. The second day we launched from Bullhead City community park which was very convenient. We would definitely stay in the cottages or RV spots again but would forego the launch ramp until the dock is open.

Loved the setting on the river, hence the review rating of 2. However, this property has a HUGE management issue. Left several messages to book that were never returned. Finally got an answer after trying several days. Upon arrival at 3:10, found office locked and no return phone call when we tried to reach someone via the number posted. After about 20 minutes, a man came out of a room and told us the office staff get off at 3 (check in after 3)! He said the key was in the rental unit, and showed us the unit. The best thing I can say about this RV Park that is really a Trailer Park Is that it's clean. There is no beach access and the dock is broken. If you are an old snow bird you would fit in as 90% of the sites appear to be permanent residences, who have put up skirting and planted roots. Although it was not a priority as we were there to kayak on the River the WiFi and cable TV didn't work. We had to hunt someone down to check out and return the faulty cable equipment as the office was closed at checkout time?

We've been going to Laughlin and Bullhead for years but never came across this amazing amazing spot. What a find! This is one of the finest maintained RV Resorts you will find anywhere. It is clear that the staff truly takes pride in keeping everything immaculate. Sabrina and Randy made our stay perfect. The location couldn't be better being just steps away from the Colorado River. And the amenities are first class. We can't wait to come back.

Worst customer service ever. I called to book the RV site & the room for my family several times. This place never answer the phone. I had to leave message several times to talk to them. I asked few questions how to reserve RV site. The lady who answered the phone told me there are limit of 6 people at one RV site so I asked her that if I can reserve one RV site & the room (park model) since I have 8 adult & 2 toddler in my group. She explained me with very annoyed voice that there's rule 4 people maximum in park model at same time. I told her I understand that and we will be staying

My idea was to take my girls camping and enjoy water.. what better way then on the Colorado River. A bit skeptical with it being an RV Park. We opted to rent a park Model.. best decision.. this is a complete hidden gem. Small and quiet.. I couldn't be more happy with this choice. Off the main drag 95... you would think it was noisy and loud... nothing of the sort.. my girls 8, 10,& 12 loved the river. It was 116-118 degrees every day of our stay and they kept cool. There little beach set up and docks made it fun. The "Tiny House" feel of the rental was the best... everything

Decided to get away for the 4th weekend. Couldn't find any camp spots out where we live so looked up for something next to Colorado River. Found this gem. Sabrina was super helpful while I asked a ton of questions and she went over and above to help me make the reservations. Stayed in one of the kitchenettes. Had a great time sitting down at the beach. River water was super refreshing. Crazy busy on the River with jet skis, we enjoyed watching all of the River traffic!! Will definitely come back!! Had a super time!!!

Don't believe the hype - all these 5 star reviews are only what Yelp is showing. I cannot believe that those people are staying in the same park we are. A neighbor at the park told us the first day that they won't be back next year because of the noise - and wow, was she right!
I am seriously saddened by the inability to sleep here. It's loud, loud, loud 24/7. Pressure washing next door until 11PM, an unbelievable amount of traffic including apparent drag racing and motorcycle clubs roaring through at all hours...

Our first time thru this area. We stayed in space 6 right next to the pool in our class A motorhome. We were very happy with the place and highly recommend it. Very clean and quiet. The club house and laundry facilities very nice. We were here 5 days and would have stayed longer if we weren't on a schedule.
