Nestled in the lovely village of Las Gaviotas, Chesapeake Golf Club is a semi-private facility that offers annual golf and pool memberships while still allowing public play. The golf course features several strategically placed water hazards and unique doglegs that present a wonderful challenge. Two clubhouses support the activities on the course, around the pool, and during the many banquets, brunches, and special events the club hosts.

Traditions catered my daughter's wedding in April and did an outstanding job! The food was so delicious (the brussel sprouts with goat cheese are to die for) and their staff is top notch. We worked with Zanny to plan the big day and she has such a wonderful way about her and a tremendous attention to detail. We went in for a tasting a few months ahead of time and were so impressed. And the day of the wedding went incredibly smoothly. Our wedding coordinator gave them two thumbs up for how professional, thorough, and efficient they were. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Traditions catered our Anniversary Party for approximately 200 guests. Not only were they professional and courteous from planning to event date, all of the food we selected especially for our night was displayed well and tasted wonderful. Though it was our first time using Traditions, would recommend them to anyone who would like to tailor a special menu for that very special event you are planning.

I have held several events with Traditions Catering at Chesapeake Golf Club and have always been completely satisfied. The most recent event was no exception. The event coordinator, Caitlyn Murphy, was a delight to work with. She was very helpful with planning the event and quick to respond to e-mails and/or phone calls. The wait staff (Jessica and Maria) were very accommodating and a joy to work with so that the evening was carefree. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. I received many compliments from the guests about the food, service and accommodations. I highly recommend

This venue made my wedding and reception a dream come true. Nicole was a God-send! She accommodated our every request, gave us recommendations for vendors regarding service that they did not provide, and was available day or night and weekends for each and every questions, comment or concern. She practically bent over backwards to help make our day very special. Staff were very polite and professional as well as helpful. Food was great and our families were thrilled. The reception was awesome. Very affordable packages. Gave us leeway with the payment plan and with last minute changes up to 5 days

I was really impressed with the service I received from Traditions. I planned a surprise 60th birthday party for my mom at Chesapeake Golf Club. Our event planner was Caitlin, and she was great! She always made herself available to meet with me and was quick to respond to my emails. All of the staff members I came into contact with were great. The event itself was spectacular and I got many complements from our guests about how nice it was. The food was very good! I would recommend Traditions!

This venue was everything I imagined both our rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception could ever be. Nicole was an angel and helped us with any little thing as this was a destination wedding. Making plans long distance Nicole and the staff did not miss a beat. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Food and drink were phenomenal. All our family and friends raved about the food, drink and the venue. What an amazing venue

I was so concerned after having a horrible experience with Swan Terrace at Regent. Rev understood my concerns and his staff was excellent! The event was a rehearsal dinner and extra service was provided for the cake cutting on a cake I brought in. The food was great. I had the shrimp and it was awesome. We brought in our own wine and the bartender worked with us well. The waitress was outstanding!
