Love this place! I just got my eyebrows microbladed and microshaded. This service literally changed my life. My I just get up and go every morning I don’t have to worry about applying makeup to my brows. Everyone is very friendly, on time, and made me feel very safe especially during Covid with health, cleanliness & safety. Highly recommend!

I wanted to pick this salon so that I can support a black owned business, but per usual it was highly unprofessional. I was calling the number provided for 3 days straight and got no answer, when I finally just gave up I received a text message from that same number on the 4th day saying they are sorry they missed my call. I asked a few questions about their salon and even the answers were slightly rude. I saw online somewhere that they accept walk ins so I drove 20min to get a service. Nobody was at the front desk which they need a receptionist & business phone because that is why they are losing

The inside of this place is very cute, but the two ladies were unprofessional. I found this place through Groupon and wouldn't come back. A customer was upset because of a long wait and one of the ladies started talking bad about the customer as soon as she left. Saying things like "we don't need your service anyway." She was also cussing a lot. I did have an appointment and I still had to wait for a long time.

I got a Groupon for this shop a while back. I called this place on the number that was on both the website and the Instagram for three days. No one ever once answered. Then I decided to just come to the store because her hours were from 9 AM to 7 PM. I came at five in the store was closed. Then I return the next day around 12 o'clock. She was in there and I booked an appointment for 12 the next day. When I arrived, she was still with another client and asked if I could come back at 12:30. I said I could stay but I ended up leaving. We rebooked an appointment for 11 o'clock the next day

UNPROFESSIONAL, doesn't let me know she canceled the appointment so I drive over to my appointment and the office is closed even after making an appointment through back and forth texting. Let's me know 2 hours after appointment that she had an emergency... and wants to reschedule so I give her another chance and CANCELS AGAIN. AWFUL SERVICE

I was really excited to come to this salon as I just moved to the area, and was looking for a new place to do all my typical lady things like Brazilian waxes, lashes, etc. I found them on Groupon and decided to try them out. I booked my appointment 72 hours in advance and showed up to my appointment on time. The store was open but the door was locked and the owner, (who I communicated with via text when I booked my appointment) was not answering or replying back. I still have not heard from her until today and I am not sure if I'll be able to get a refund from my Groupon. I will not be coming

Worst customer service ever. It’s impossible to reach whoever is in charge and it’s so frustrating. You can attempt to contact any time during business hours and still won’t ever get a response. Want to leave a voicemail? You can’t because it’s always full. Want to leave a text so they can contact you? They won’t. Want to know availability to schedule a service? They won’t respond. Want to wait for them to reach out to you? Will ignore your attempts to contact for a week+ and never reach out. It’s almost like they don’t want your money.. whoever runs this definitely should not

I absolutely love Shi Lashes Salon. As soon as you walk in, you are amazed by the design, the ambience and friendly staff, everyone is so welcoming. The owner, Rashida Nicole does a phenomenal job with eyelash extensions. Jennifer did my microblading and my life has been transformed! They are extremely thorough when it comes to waxing, and i literally look forward to my bi-weekly appointments. Shi Lashes Salon prices are very reasonable especially for the Sandy Springs area. I highly recommend this full service beauty salon!
