If your lash extensions begin to fall out at an above normal rate with in 72 hours after your appointment we will fix the issue free of charge. We will now require a 50% deposit for all lash, brow, and facial services at the time of booking. The deposit will be non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

I have been going here for about 3 months now and every time has been a good experience! The studio is very clean & cute and a nice relaxing environment! Yesterday was my first time booking with Amelia and I absolutely loved her! She is super sweet & friendly and really good at what she does! Amelia was my technician. I expressed my complaints and was told to find another place because the owner felt I hung up on her, which is not accurate. I handed the phone back to Amelia and she disconnected the line. Immature and not business savvy at all but ok. Amelia also brushed me to side as if my concerns are not valid. My eyelashes are very different. Left has more volume and starts closer to my inner than my right. The work is good and natural looking. But unfortunately I will not be returning. They do their sets by time (30 min and up) and they care more about finishing in the time than the satisfaction of the set. Kelsey is the only tech that made me feel like she wanted her work to be satisfactory. Everyone else is like times up if you don’t like your set book a longer one. Their policies reflect their strict time adherence as well, so they lack flexibility. They also require a 50% deposit and If something comes up appointment day you can’t reschedule without paying it again. If you’re like me and

This is a very professional and awesome black owned business. I had a horrible experience with lash extensions and I stumbled upon this place! I made a same day appointment and they were able to get me in with Samira. They fulfilled my desired look to the TEE. I am a fan of natural and painless beauty enhancements. They did all of the above. Customer service was also great BTW.

Extremely professional, I had a problem and everything was handled so well, and everyone who I talked to was extremely professional!! The actual lounge is very nice and clean. They play nice neo-soul/ relaxing music, and have nice essential oils going while you’re there. The Lash Queens is an all around great experience!!! Definitely Recommend!!
