A lifelong Florida resident, Terry grew up in the construction industry. Since joining Surety Construction in 1979, a firm founded by his father, David Kelly, Terry has worked his way through the ranks and is knowledgeable in all aspects of construction. Terry's hands-on and no-nonsense approach has become a company philosophy, which is reflected by the highest quality of work that has resulted in numerous repeat clients.
Terry has held a Florida Certified General Contractor license since 1984, has 18 years of healthcare AHCA experience, ICRA trained, and OSHA, First Aid, CPR, AED certified. Terry loves his community and has had the honor of serving on the Children's Advocacy Center of Collier County Board of Directors for the last eight years in conjunction with being a Builder Member of the Collier Building Industry Association Board of Directors.

NAPLES, Fla. - Surety Construction has completed the new Deep Lagoon Seafood restaurant in Naples, Florida. Formerly occupied by Ruby Tuesday at 8777 Tamiami Trail N., the 6,500 square feet space was completely transformed into a modern, upscale dining facility. The nautical theme provides stunning focal points featuring 500 gallon and 1,500 gallon colossal reef saltwater aquariums.
