The process for a mediation started out fine, but has seemed to evolve into a money siphon on behalf of the law office. Been paying hundreds, sometimes even thousands, a month for 22 months for "review and revisions," none of which have ever been explained to me, even after multiple requests for information. As explained to me by the receptionist, to receive a full explanation and status update would require talking directly with Cynthia, which would end up costing me $300/hr. Horrible service and process, one which I don't see an end to any time soon. I would have thought an amicable mediation

Just called seeking to speak to an attorney. When I told her I had just been served custody paperwork and was seeking legal counsel, she rudely answered that there was no one I could speak to.
Not a review for the attorney, but teach your staff to be compassionate. Any time you reach out to an attorney there is a reason and emotions. Being met with a rude person on the other end is not what anyone needs to be met with when they're seeking legal assistance.
