I am an extremely busy parent of 2, PhD student, and working professional. Add to this that we live in an apartment that only has community laundry - yikes. It’s worth my time, money, and sanity to pay for this chore to get done. I can’t begin to tell you how much more time I have without having to worry about laundry for my household. Just completed my first month of the Pro subscription with OrangeBag, I wanted to wait til now to write a fair review. I'm really pleased with how it's going so far. Customer service is EXCELLENT, responsive and super friendly. My clothes and bedding come back smelling fresh and packaged really neatly and professionally. If the drivers late for pick up and dropoff, it's never more than half an hour, which is fine. I'm not sure how the cost compares to other pick up laundry services... but if I have to pay what I'm paying right now for reliable service, I'm not complaining

OrangeBag is a nice service. I've used them several times and they were on time for both pickup and delivery. My only issue is the cost. When I first started with OrangeBag (1 1/2 years ago) the price was significantly less expensive than today. I only use when I have alot of laundry - otherwise it's not worth it to me.

I'm a busy mom in need of her weekends back! I've been thinking about getting a laundry service for years, and I finally found one that I could trust. The handoff is so seamless and contactless, Mario lets me know when he leaves his facility and when he is just minutes away, and is such a pleasant gentleman. The customer service is impeccable!!!!
