Many years later in 2004, Legacy Cleaners was built and became a family owned and operated business. I went back a few times and the manager does not seem to be there anymore. There is a younger girl who is working there now who is either in the back eating, watching tv, listening to Spanish music, or on her cellphone. When she does come to the front, I feel rushed and not appreciated as a customer. The last time I went, I pointed out a stain that I would like the dry cleaner to try to get out. I felt like I was a bother as she grabbed my item roughly and put on the red tape on the stain with an attitude. The manager was always so sweet and made me want to come back. Went in today 8-26-21 the staff didn't catch her name Hispanic women look to be in her 40's or so very unprofessional. As soon as I walked in she appeared preoccupied sitting on her phone and looked at me as if I was disrupting her peace. She took my information as it was my first visit she never quoted the price I however observed that it was $11 for one small "short" dress. I returned few minutes later informing her I noticed the price after looking at the receipt and decided I would try a more affordable cleaners. I'm a long time customer, since days when they were located on Sepulveda. This is a quality business with a solid team. I've had shirts & dress pants dry cleaned, pants hemmed, large banners cleaned (for work), and I'm always please with the quality of cleaning. Plus, their main employee Olga is awesome - she always provides service with a smile.

I do a lot of dry cleaning and this place has been amazing since 2018. Extremely friendly and very reasonable prices. They have very fast turnaround times for your clothes.
Currently due to COVID-19, they are open normal hours but have had to adjust their cleaning to every other day, so plan accordingly!

There is nothing that this cleaners can't do. I lost weight and did not want to buy a new wardrobe just yet and they were able to make the alterations that I needed. The service is very fast and always on point. I will not hesitate to send anyone who needs alterations or dry cleaning. Also the staff is very friendly and always greats you with a big smile.

I went in to get some pants hemmed. I asked for original him they said yes no problem they , said it would be $14 then when I bring my stuff in later on that evening they say it's going to be $18 a pair. So I said that's fine but as long as you keep the original hemmed ....they again said no problem. BEWARE GOING HERE. I went in to get my pants Tailored and the women was to lazy to get my measurements. I should have left after that but being young and naive I didn’t see the red flag. They told me it was going to be $22... not bad except when I picked up my pants it was $44. I had asked when I had left my pants if it was $22 each or $22 for both they said the $22 covered both. Overall scammers and lazy.

2 stars for the unprofessional service. It should've been 1, but the girl who helped me deserves recognition. I was very loyal to the cleaners while they were located on Anza and Sepulveda. I dropped off a large area rug on 3/29 and she told me it would take 2 weeks. I thought, "wow thats a long time, but, okay." She actually put the pick up date for a little over 2 weeks: 4/14. I figured it was maybe because they were transitioning from one location to another. I go in on 4/14 at the new location, and the girl working proceeds to tell me it's not ready, and doesn't know

This place is great. I've been coming here for years. It's conveniently located right next to Starbucks so I frequently drop/pick up laundry and grab my phone-ordered iced americano next door. What I really like about this place is that I can drop off today typically pick up within 2days. I can also drop off after hours through their drop box (you will need a bag with your phone number on/in it). Every now and then I will bring back an item for re-cleaning if thy missed a stain or something, but this is very rare. I think they broke a button like ONCE in the many years I've been

Poor cleaning service. Picked my dress up and it didn't smell like it was cleaned. My vest came back missing an attachment. So I took the dress and vest back and they still didn't fix the attachment to my vest. The dress came back okay. I will take my vest back again for them to correct the error, but after that they'll no longer get my service.

I've been using this place for 10 yrs I like the service, their close by to my home and the people are friendly. I don't believe I've ever seen the girl that's on the Google search when you search this place.
She's good looking but never seen her their. The price's are OK but now that the city has completed their road work for Hawthorne Blvd it's very hard to find parking in front of the place when your dropping off a load. To bad for their business people wont put up with difficulty in parking for a quick drop off of dry cleaning. Mario

My go to cleaners, they have convenient times, convenient location, and good prices. Who's got time to wash and iron your own shirts nowadays? Just drop them off and they come back cleaned and pressed! Plus everyone is nice and they take credit cards!
Parking can be a real pain in the morning because you have to fight with all the customers for the Starbucks drive thru located in this strip mall. Park around the corner!

In by 10 am and out by 5pm. With 24hr drop off. Makes it easy. Like dry cleaning should be. I didn't have anything too difficult but got it back and clean/pressed same day.
Plus I noticed they have a sign up for their September Tailoring special. Pants - Hem Special $8 and every Thursday only $6. Wow! For the pants that are bit too long, or those sleeves... ha ha, done. Now that J.Crew doesn't offer free heming services no mo, it's nice to find a place that hems pants for less than $20. Haven't tried it yet..
