The Kohler Construction team recently completed a repair project in our master bathroom. We had quite a few contractors come over to try to identify the root issue and make an estimate, and Brian was by far the most helpful. This project entailed waterproofing a leaky bathtub, replacing shower tile, adding a niche shelf, and fixing ceiling drywall.
Overall, Brian's expertise and communicativeness made the project easy for us. His pricing was competitive and he offered several pricing tiers. His entire team was professional and very respectful of our home--we appreciated that they worked

Brian and his team (mostly David) remodeled my master bath in October 2017. I was kind of dreading it, but they made it relatively painless. There were hiccups along the way, but I really appreciated how rationally Brian handled them. For example, when I raised my concern about a spot on the floor that was higher than other parts, they evened it out without trying to convince me that I was just imagining it. I felt confident that as long as I was reasonable, I would get a very reasonable response. The final product turned out beautifully, actually a little better than the picture I had in my head

Brian really helped me out. I needed a price estimate for a project I'm working on and it seemed I couldn't get a hold of any contractors. He responded fast to me and was able to meet up with me within a few days.
Today we met up and he was extremely knowledgeable and I was really happy to have his help. His approach was more of a "how to make things work and save money" which was exactly what I needed. I hired Kohler construction to do my sisters home in Redondo beach they modernized the interior and we sold the house for over 200000 more than we invested because Brian and his crew made the house look like a magazine cover . Just had our bathroom redone by Kohler Construction and we are very happy with the work! I hired Brian to do some updating in my bathroom and install some ceiling fans. Brian responded and scheduled time to meet for a quote immediately and within a few days his crew had started on the job. As is often the case the "simple" 2 day job turned into 4 days. However Brian kept to his contracted quote which was very reasonable for the work that was done. He also provided suggestions on ways to accomplish some other updates at a reasonable price. His crew was neat and courteous and paid attention to all details. I am keeping Brian's contact info handy for the next job

We've used Kohler Construction many times for projects not only at our house but also as a referral source. Being in Real Estate myself it can be difficult to find good contractors that you can depend on to get the job done and do it right. Brian demonstrates great vision for his projects and above all he has integrity, if he says he's going to do something he makes it happen. He is also very reasonably priced for the quality of work he produces. 5 stars for Brian and his team and I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

I've hired Brian Kohler of Kohler Construction several times over the past few years for projects around my house and I keep going back to him because he does amazing work! He's passionate about what he does, listens, and also offers suggestions on how to improve a space for the better. His attention to detail is on point, he's a great electrician, and an overall amazing contractor. He also goes above and beyond to make sure the space is cleaned up after too--which is one of the most important parts for me :)
