I highly recommend The Computer Store. The gentleman that answered my initial call and greeted my at the desk was very professional and knowledgeable. Service was prompt and value of service was excellent. My laptop went from running like a sloth to a cheetah in short order. Will definitely return for any computer repair needs/upgrades.

I highly recommend this store for anyone who needs computer repair! The man who owns the place is super kind and knowledgable. Charges more than fair prices and fixes things I hadn't asked to have fixed for FREE! Ex: My shift key was broken for over a year, we didn't believe there was anything that could be done. Today, however, after bringing my computer in for a failed battery, the owner let me know that he had repaired my shift key. Amazing service, don't even consider going anywhere else - go here!!!!

I have been recommending this place to everyone! The staff was very helpful in resolving my issue while I was in the store, I was fully expecting you asked that I come back to hear the results of my computer's diagnosis but instead they took the time right then to handle my issue. I also appreciated that they did not try to sell me things that I did not need. I have had that happen at other computer places before. The staff was even able to offer me a replacement part on the spot which was very fairly priced! if I have computer issues in the future I'll be sure to go back!

The only place I recommend to repair or service any of your computers or phones. The level of experience & service the owner has is above & beyond. I recently had a MacBook Pro repaired that another repair shop ruined and The Computer Shop saved my laptop. I also had an iPhone XR repaired that is just like new again. Great service, knowledgeable, fast and great prices too. I will bring all future device needs to this shop.

After taking my MacBook Pro to Best Buy 4 times in 4 months it continued to get worse with each visit. I read all the reviews on The Computer Store and decided I would try 1 last time to see if it could be fixed. RL said he would check it out and do what he could. It was ready in less than 24 hrs. First check in but second visit.
First visit I dropped my iPad and cracked the screen. Second visit my iPad wasn't charging.
I arrived just before they closed on a Saturday and they stayed open for me and for another customer who showed up WELL past closing time. Workers are knowledgeable and courteous. I have recommended them to many friends.

HORRIBLE. I dropped my iPhone 6 off on Saturday 11/7/15 because it was not working correctly. The gentleman at the store told me he would call me back in 2 hours. Four hours later, I received a call telling me that the store was going to have to ship my phone away. Worst case would be a 3-5 day turnaround. I was also told that this was the best option on cost because it would be much more if i got a new phone. On Wednesday 11/11/15, I called the store asking for an update. They told me that they had to give me a new phone and it would take 3-10 days! I told them that I was getting married on 11

I brought my mac to this store because my hard drive went bad, so They sold me a hard drive and I paid for the install, a few months later that hard drive went bad again they wiped and reinstalled the os. Not to long after it started going bad again so they wanted to charge me again to wipe the os I said no they gave me back my computer it wouldn't turn on. I told them I spoke to a few apple techs and they said it sounds like I was sold a bad hard drive I brought it back to them and they we're no help and wouldn't let me speak to the owner, they insist they didn't touch anything
