Services
Labor invoiced against the client's prepaid credit will be billed at a discounted rate of $60/hour vs. the standard rate of $80/hour. Prepaid credit does not expire and can be refilled by another 8-hour time block purchase. Labor charges which exceed the remaining balance of the client's prepaid credit will be billed at the standard rate.

Jake has been extremely helpful in supporting my small business with our IT systems. Each time I've called on him, he has solved the problem and often gone beyond with improvements I hadn't thought of. I plan to continue to use Jake even though we've moved to Colorado, whenever remote support is possible. We've already had success with that mode and I look forward to more.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I would give zero stars if possible. Jake walked out of our office and never returned. In doing so he left everyone without an internet connection and no means to resolve the problem. Tried to call him several times but he ignored the calls. I strongly urge you to avoid doing business with this company.

My experience with Eastern Shore IT was extraordinary. I had dropped my Dell Inspiron laptop on the floor and was able to pay a minimal fee to find out whether it was wiser to fix or purchase a new computer. Jake H. thoroughly and quickly was able to diagnose the problem and advised me to purchase a new computer. One could have easily taken advantage of me, and I truly appreciate his honesty. I will be using Eastern Shore IT in the future and would recommend this company to anyone!!! A bonus is Jake will make accommodations to come to your home or work or meet you somewhere convenient.
