Trick people to get what they can. Not recommended ! Lived in Ft.Myers for 20 + years and never came across such liars and cheaters . They are DECEITFUL and RIP-OFF people!!! They prey on elderly, honest people needing help. Broken promises, but instead rip them off and take their money l. They refuse to become members of BBB. Wonder why? Too many complaints! This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever worked with, the owner of the company is extremely deceptive and has been trying to scam our insurance company for a bigger payout. I never received proper estimates or proper invoices, even after asking multiple times. When I did talk to the owner, she was extremely rude and I had to continue to follow up. I really felt like she was trying to get one over on us and take advantage of the situation because she knew she would be billing our insurance company.
