To often homebuyers and homeowners are under the impression that mold air sampling is an inspection or assessment for the presence of mold in a home or structure.

Mold Inspection Reports should identify the source of the mold problem, the location and extent of mold problem and include recommendations for the mold cleanup (protocols).

Radon & Mold company is very reputable. John is very knowledgeable, responsible, super thorough and he takes time to inspect your home. His reports are extremely detailed and super easy to understand. If you have any questions he answers with out hesitation! I used this company numerous times past 2 years.
