UPDATE: I went into the store today, May 2021 because my sewing machine had jammed. The technician was able to quickly fix my jammed machine - I was hoping I would not have to leave it - I love my Bernina!. So not only did he fix it, but showed me how it had happened .... to prevent future problems. I love this store! They have very helpful and knowledgable people working here.
I bought 2 sewing machines at this store recently. They offer free classes whenever you purchase a machine from them. I could not figure out how to thread my new machine (no classes for it yet), and they took time out to

This is a rare kind of store for these times. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If you buy a sewing machine, you can go to basic “how to” classes repeatedly if you choose. In addition to this, a multitude of specialty classes are offered—quilting, embroidery, and more. Some are in evenings, some on Saturdays. The walls are filled with notions and the fabric is tasteful and high quality. I hope this small local business stays around a long time.

When I first arrived one of the workers was a bit touch and go with me. I guess she thought I wasn't going to buy anything, but I was doing researching trying to figure out which machine to get. Another lady started to help me and she was amazing and everyone else in their ended up being really nice. I love them and bought a machine my next visit. This business is definitely worth checking out.

I have been going to this shop for some years. I love the diversity and the first class quality of everything. So much is offered beyond shopping. I have taken a quilting class and will attend another function this month. Just review the monthly calendar - it is full of opportunities. The employees are very helpful. I call this "My sewing store".
I have returned to the store after searching for a sewing machine. The knowledge of the staff helped me choose the machine to meet the needs of what I will be sewing. There is also follow up support with no termination date. They even took my old machines
