Brad Newsome is from a small town in Northeast Ohio, born into a hardworking, blue-collar family where he learned from an early age that you earn what you are willing to work hard for. He attended Ohio State University. Then, moved to SWFL in 2001 where he started his own family and eagerly plunged into Automotive Sales with one of the largest Family Owned & Operated Automotive Dealership Groups in the United States.
After taking a moment to find his stride in the business, Brad excelled on the sales floor and ranked among the top 3 Sales Consultants in the Organization. In just a short time Brad was promoted to Sales Management. He quickly found success in this arena as well, after recognizing that "Leading" a team was very different than "Bossing" a team around.
