Our experiences working with Keith Rosato owner of Finger Lakes Handyman. We had a bath remodel that needed to be done on a tight time schedule. Keith was able to install all new fixtures, drywall and handle other plumbing issues that we had and finish by our deadline. He was professional in every aspect.

I requested an estimate on 7/31/20. It was scheduled in a timely manner (via email) and the handyman was very polite. However it is now 8/26/20 and I have not received the estimate and none of my follow-up emails were responded to.
I called and was told that the handyman no longer worked for the company and the estimate was never done. No one acknowledged my emails or apologized, only offered to send someone new.

This would be our second experience with KFLHS. On both occasions, awesome price, quality work that the KFLHS team takes pride in! I genuinely could not be happier with the outcomes of both projects(kitchen, living area, and main bath). I will be calling to set up another we appointment for a quote on another project. Bottom line...give these folks a shot, they're AWESOME!!!

Have used KFLHS in the past for some small projects and tree maintenance. Using them again this fall for more landscaping and electric work. But discovered a small leak on top of my furnace - it appeared to be coming down the flue - and we had 3 days of rain in the forecast. Called them and they sent two guys over in 20 minutes! Got up there and took care of it just like that. Thanks guys! Important to have someone that will help when in a pinch.

I had an estimate with Keith and his daughter recently. As much as I wanted to like the company it proved difficult. Scheduling the appointment was great and making sure I was taken care of through the coordinator in the office was fantastic. I believe her name was Amy? Emily? Either way I met with Keith and he could not get a sentence out without dropping a swear word. His daughter was polite and quiet. Although both seemed to be equally lacking in education of communication. I can only assume that the laborers are just as uneducated and unprofessional as the owner as he portrayed himself. I would
