I established Mr. FUSSY HandyMan in 2011 after I retired from 25 years of operating a general contracting business. During that time, building houses or adding on to existing homes was a normal days work for my contracting company. I worked alongside my crew of guys everyday. I never used sub-contractors for any of the components needed to complete a job.
Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Siding and Roofing were all performed "in-house" by myself and my crew. The Fingerlakes Area expert handyman and maintenance guy located in Geneva, NY; available for all of the small jobs you might not want, or be able to do yourself. Started out very impressed with Mr. Fussy's business. He came out exactly when he said he would, provided a written quote with a specific date that the work would be done by, and did some more research to answer my questions.
The problems started when the work was complete and he asked for payment. I paid in full, in cash at the time he requested it. Then I checked the work (my mistake here - he had good reviews) - The quote and work order stated that he would replace four panels of screening on the porch. Only three were done. I e-mailed him and asked about it and he said that four
