Since 1991 Phenix Home Care has been dedicated to excellence in the delivery of In-home Services. Nick started his career caring for people at the age of 16 years old, as an orderly, and went on to become the Director of Nursing Services in the states largest Skilled Nursing Facility. He is a Registered Nurse, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Certified Integrated Chronic Care Coordinator.
Phenix Home Care is a Home Nursing Care Provider licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health Since 1991. Phenix and Coventry Home Care are Medicaid Certified and a Rhode Island Department of Elderly Affairs program grantee. We also accept Neighborhood Health Plan, PACE, Diocese of Providence Respite Care Services / CareBreaks, VA and Private Pay.
Since 1998, our State Certified and Nationally Accredited "CHAPS" Nursing Assistant Training Program has over a 95% passing rate for all of our students. We follow all of our students from graduation to the time they successfully complete their state testing. This includes review prior to their state test, as well as one on one tutoring if necessary.
