This construction company has gone thru a overhaul and restructured in 2010 I believe. Have done 3 projects with them. Not the same company from 2008.
Did a good job on 3 house remodels I needed done around Pasadena and Los Angeles. Their project manager was very responsive and helpful. Small company but would recommend them.

This is the worst construction company you can use for new construction. I have dealt with them for over 3 years now with thousands of dollars expended for nothing. All I have from the are assurances that the construction will be completed. Daniel Kim, the construction manager, never returns my calls and will not answer any of my questions. After I started having problems with them I found out that they have money judgments against them becaue they failed to finish other real estate projects and that they have the worst reputation for construction management.
