Joel has over sixteen years of experience working in the construction field. He has held positions as a Superintendent, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Consultant and General Contractor. Before founding Simcity Construction, he served as a business partner with a large commercial company. Joel missed working closely with clients, and being hands-on with his client's projects.

Just want to say I am so impressed with Simcity Construction, Inc.. I was working with JoeL. He is my project manager and with his crew. You couldn't ask for anyone better. The attention JoeL gives to detail is helpful and refreshing. We are doing a complete renovation of our flooring, guest bathroom, master bathroom, removing some kitchen walls and painting.
We are so pleased with the them, they are always on time, protect your flooring and the walls, everything is so organized and surprisingly we were able to use their rental toilet.
