Joshua is a true professional. When he arrived, he put my concerns about Covid at ease with his mask wearing and he expressed concern about my family’s health safety. He was so neat and clean and showed tremendous respect for my home by wearing his foot boots. He was warm and friendly with my Alzheimer’s mother who is normally upset around strangers. He showed interest in my family’s story and took time to look at my family’s portrait.

I reached out Mr. Sparky to help install two GFCI outlets in a kitchen that previously were wired poorly and against code. Mr. Sparky was easy to reach, communication was great, and the price was fair with how quickly I needed the work done. Joshua was on time, knowledgable and explained everything in detail. Very poor communication on diagnostic fee which is going to be the first step of almost any service. Great response time and reasonable fee to come out ($70), and then literally check the breaker box to assess power to each breaker (2 min with voltmeter) and immediately move to an $420 charge to do diagnostic and limited repairs.(doesn't cover single circuit rewiring) I literally just got off the phone with abacus and their diagnostic is $150 and waived if you choose them for repairs which they will full quote you before working.. very short sighted customer service experience from Mr sparky. Electrical problems on Saturday morning are never good......the entire breaker panel was out. Wasted 24 hrs trying to get Amer Home Shield to dispatch anyone for emergency repair. They authorized outside contractor Sunday afternoon.....our 1st call was to Mr. Sparky! Judith took our call...friendly, helpful & efficient! Within 2 hrs I received text that our technician, Baron was enroute. Judith also called to confirm. He was on time, very knowledgeable, polite & hardworking....we were in good hands. He worked til after dark installing new panel, then testing & marking all outlets, switches & breakers

The electrician Joshua was the best. He was very professional and empathetic. My garage burned on the interior and he was instrumental in getting power back to the house and me moving out of a hotel. I received timely text notifying me of who was coming to my house with a picture and bio and the ability to track the driver's progress to my house which was outstanding.
