Just had a great experience with these guys after a very stressful day due to someone else not doing the job right.
Generic "handyman" (NOT THIS COMPANY) replaced a breaker earlier due to a range constantly tripping it, the tripping got worse after. Long story short, wrong amp rating, trying to feed my mom (who was physically there to oversee the repair) some nonsense , conflicting stories about what amp rating was there originally, "handyman" eventually pulled out the breaker entirely and left. At this point, I don't know what he did, I'm not entirely sure that he didn't accidentally or intentionally

We recently used Veteran Electric again, this time to install recessed lighting in a few places. They did an amazing job! Marcus took his time to walk us through the options for where to place the lights. The placement ended up being perfect. They also price matched since I received a cheaper quote from another electrician. I prefer to use Veteran Electric because they're honest, friendly, punctual and overall easy to work with.

They were on time, professional and very courteous. I explained to them my thoughts and ideas for adding additional lines in the bedrooms to support two switches (for the light and fan).

I cannot account for the cost as they are the only quote at this time however, with what I saw I'm willing to pay for their work because "you get what you pay for".
They were awesome. I received the quote 15 minutes after they left!

Vince from Veteran Electric was totally awesome!!! Not pushy. Gave me a free estimate for total home re-wire. While he was here, he fixed a electrical problem that shorted out the front of my home, middle bedroom & caused issue in my rear bedroom. All was done for $125 original diagnostic repair free. Super cheap!!!! Everything is back online. I should have called him earlier!!! Lesson learned. I'm having him back very soon for other issues.

I had Veteran Electric come out and give me an estimate for work and the estimate was free which is already a plus in my book. They sent out Baron Harper and he was personable, knowledgeable and quickly got me the estimate. I was happy with the estimate and scheduled an appointment.
Baron also came out to do the installation and brought an apprentice. Again, they kept me appraised of when they would arrive with calls to me (2 hour window is given) were personable and quickly set to work. The only problem they had was me and my car not allowing them access to the attic as the car would not start

This company demonstrated ultimate professionalism from my initial contact to them, the scoping and pricing to replace panels, load balancing and a standby generator, to the job scheduling, the on-site installation and follow-up. They were excellent communicators and committed to completing our project to the highest of standards. So glad we found Veteran Electric - Baron was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable, respectful of our home and COVID-19 precautions, and incredibly efficient. They are very upfront about costs and provide a quote in writing before any work is started. We have requested Baron to come back to help us with additional work, and we will continue to ask for him any time we need installation or repairs.

Have used Veteran Electric before and I will never use anyone else for anything electrical related. From scheduling with Ashley at the office to dealing with thier master electricians everything is so easy. They answer all your questions, do what was asked to perfection and then clean up like it never happened. Jonathan called and told us the exact time he would be at our home. He placed a transfer switch on our home so we can run the house on a generator during a power outage. Walked us through it several times and answered all our questions and concerns. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Veteran Electric. My project was to finish out an outbuilding as a clubhouse for the kids and retreat for the adults. From the outset when Marcus came over to look at the site it was clear I was working with a knowledgeable professional. The project involved some challenges. New cables needed to be run from the main panel at the house over to the clubhouse where a new sub panel was to be installed. The inside needed wiring throughout including lights, outlets and a fan.
