Well got bumped from my flight in oak so got rebooked to SFO and delta put me on this shuttle. Driver decided we needed to stop for gas along the way and then decided to hit the restroom as well. He got me there on time but drove like a maniac dodging in and out of traffic. I would not recommend using this service.

Well, they're cheaper but sort of dirty. Both rides we got to and from Oakland airport were in older vans that reeked of very fresh cigarette smoke. The drivers just left their marlboros right on the dash. But they were on time at least. Use this for a no-frills transport only, not for picking up Grandma.

Had a late night ride from these guys. My driver forced me to use a particular ATM (they don't take credit cards) even though mine was around the corner. He gave the other people a deal when more passengers showed up but refused to discount the price he quoted me to get home. When he dropped me off, he wouldn't make change for me or give me back my second $20 bill to get change myself. That's called stealing where I come from. Don't take this shuttle.

Do not use this company. I used them from Oakland Airport to downtown San Francisco and back. From the airport, the driver was nice but drove like a maniac. For the way back to the airport, I was 10 minutes late and they had already left...they then proceeded to charge me the full fare back to the airport ($50) onto my credit card. I understand a late fee, but the entire charge for being only 10 minutes late...I don't think so. Find a better service.
