Dr. Giesswein very recently did a bilateral breast reduction for me. He was so reassuring through the whole process, took care of all the insurance paperwork and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was about to happen. I am estatic with my results and would recommend him to anyone thinking about having this surgery! I don't think I could have had a better experience.

Wife wanted to have a nose implant removed due to pain, but Dr Giesswein refused to perform the surgery stating that the pain "was all in [her] head". So, in addition to being a plastic surgeon, he also is a psychologist??? Anyway, he refused to perform the surgery based on his feeling that she wasn't in pain, even though the insurance was covering it.
But, she finally had the implant removed...in Korea...and for a fraction of what she'd have been charged stateside.
