Dr. Gayner performed my rhinoplasty at the end of June. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone. He and the staff were wonderful from start to finish. I truly can’t put into words how happy I am with the results and of course with a procedure like this, it will only continue to improve over the upcoming months as everything settles into place. What he did for me was the perfect balance of completely natural and exactly what I wanted without even really knowing it, worth every penny. Trust his work, it changed my life. Dr Gaynor performed my surgery in May and i could not be happier with the results! His recommendations and expertise were exactly what i needed to achieve my goal. He understood what i wanted, knew the best way to get it, and brought his excellent skills to the OR to help me get rid of problem areas.

I have going to see to Dr Gayner for years and honestly can not say enough good things about him and his staff. With the non invasive procedures that have been recommended to me by him, I've been told I look much younger than I am! He is always professional and helpful. Between his good care and the skin recommendations given to me by his esthetician Dianne, my skin glows!

I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty and I love my results! I had hooded eyelids and terrible bags under my eyes I now have eyelids and no more bags!!! I'm so happy I went to Dr. Gayner, he is a skilled surgeon and a very nice person, too. He answered all of my questions and did a great job. The office staff is always very pleasant and kind. I feel welcomed when I go to the office. I highly suggest you see Dr. Gayner if you're contemplating eyelid surgery or removal of your under eye bags.
