The work was fine but charged over $1100 for 2 hours of labor and 5 days equipment rental. They then tried to shake me down for more money but refused to show me any invoice. They lied to me multiple times over the phone telling me that they didn't have any of the information I was requesting.
In response to their response. The people came to my house for a total of 2 hours. One hour to place the equipment and a second to pick it up. I'm not sure where they got 14 hours from unless they were charging me for the time the equipment was at my house which is fine but clearly not "labor".

Epic Restoration did a great job helping me get the burnt smell out of my house and furniture after my house caught fire. Their staff was quiet while dutifully going about the tasks that they needed to get done. I was lost. I had no idea what to do or where to start. They came in and within two days most of the burnt smell was gone, my carpets and furniture were cleaned and deodorized, the burnt wood and debris was removed, the soot was cleaned off areas not directly affected by fire. I can't thank them enough.
