As a real estate agent, I am in constant need of reliable mold inspection for homes I'm listing. An AC wall unit was removed and the area and window was drywalled over. A thermal scan detected not only the hidden window, but also gaps in the exterior stucco and flashing which allowed moisture to penetrate through. Window was drywalled over. Not only we discovered a hidden window but a trail of moisture intrusion into the wall and floor.

I haven't written many reviews on Yelp because I am rarely wowed in a positive way by many people or companies. NOT the case at all with Heidi and Mold Test Sacramento. My family discovered a massive black mold issue in their apartment and the path forward was very unclear on so many levels and especially since they didn't know what level of mold infestation and how many kinds they were dealing with, which is SO crucial when attempting to repair and remediate mold issues. I live out town and felt so helpless, but at least I could support by trying to get a mold testing company out to text their

Heidi was EXCELLENT. I called her on a Monday and she came out the next day. She professionally and expertly found multiple issues not caught by the general home inspector or pest inspector including sites of water damage and cracking. She was very considerate of costs and recommended additional testing only where she thought it was necessary and did indeed end up finding mold! The value of her services are absolutely worth the cost and I would recommend her to anyone who is in contract on a home.

Nobody ever wants to have to call a mold testing company, but if you find yourself in that situation, Heidi is the person to call. She took time with me on the phone to listen to what had happened in our garage and then explained my various options in layperson language that I could easily understand. She scheduled an appointment with me very quickly and her communication both before and after was stellar. Heidi provided a thorough report and I was impressed with her professionalism as well as her care for her clients.

I could not be more impressed with Heidi. We hired her to test our apartment for mold, and she was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. She was thorough in the testing process and included us in every step of her analysis; she answered all of the questions that we had, and she went above and beyond our expectations. She expedited our test results on her own dime because she was worried about us!
While potentially having mold isn't good, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what we had with Heidi.

I read good reviews of Mold Test Sacramento from yelp. Although they are more than 1 hour away from my location, I decided to give a try. Heidi is so sweet and so professional. She definitely cares about her clients and is responsive to calls and texts. On the test day, Heidi arrived at the site 15 minute earlier than the schedule and did the sampling very carefully. Heidi is very knowledgeable about she does and willing to spend time to explain to me about the details of the findings, risks, fixes etc. The report from Mold Test Sacramento is very comprehensive with a lot of photos attached.
