My name is Paul Cottle and I have been delivering quality workmanship and customer service for over 30 years. Paul Cottle Construction is my Portland based home improvement and remodeling company. Paul Cottle worked in the construction industry part time and during summers to pay for his education at Eastern Illinois University. Upon graduating in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Business, Paul decided to take a chance and apply his hard earned knowledge to his first love-construction.
Additional Educational Experience and Licenses - Specialty training in construction trades, water damage, plumbing, electrical, hydraulic engineering, over 25 years sales and marketing experience with extensive training in customer service, certified safe lead practices, window technology, mold remediation and mitigation, and commercial real estate practice.
