The stores do not carry large sizes. The company, as a whole- owned by Urban Outfitters - are a complete nightmare. I have been a complete überfan for over half my life of Anthropologie and a very loyal customer. Yet, since the stores do not carry my sizes, I must shop online. The mother company (Urban Outfitters) has been torturing me all of 2021, since January to pay over $250 for a package of merchandise that was never delivered. They will not accept documentation that THEY made me obtain- a police report for 'stolen' merchandise, and a claim filed with UPS (the shipping company

Discovered this brand randomly cause I liked one of their pants so we went there today. Little store, cute, vintage and cosy. There are home decors and little pretty things as well like mugs, candles, plates… Not too expensive though there are little discounts when you spend more than 100€ or 200€ so look out for that. Staff were helpful and friendly

So my wife and I spend 30 minutes at the Palm Desert store selecting items (7 tops and dresses, home accessories) and proceed to dressing room.
We get there and a clerk tells us that the dressing rooms are closed. We remind her that the store doesn't close for 45 minutes and she tells us that those are "Covid rules." That they have to close the dressing rooms an hour before the store closes in order to sanitize each dressing room.
Keep in mind there are no signs anywhere in the store until you get to the dressing room door that this is one of their self-imposed rules.

I do could give NO STARS I would! I called yesterday to see what stores hours were... I was told they closed at 6pm. I drive out since this location has the item I was looking for. I arrived at 5:30pm since I was coming from work. As soon as I walked into the store a sales associate/ or closing manager saw me and said " we close at 6 and the fitting rooms closed at 5:30! Then she walked away! I couldn't believe it! Why didn't they say that when I called? I would have never driven out if I had know that! No customer service!! I left without buying the item!

The customer service here is top notch !! They make you feel like old time friends!! I can't say enough about there great service !! Just everyone is so sweet and helpful !!
They also always have great sales going on every time I stop by and they always give my daughter stickers so she loves coming in as much as I do !!

One absolutely huge store with a huge variety of womens wear. I too had fun shopping here because they had unique items in every corner of the store.i mean they had a huge variety of mugs. And there were interesting books from browsing. There was a variety o coffee mugs to choose from. There were even silverware among the items for sale. And don't forget to check the back room. That's where the real bargains for women.

What do I love specifically? I love the candles, the dishes, the clothes, and the jewlery. I love the way all the stores smell inside, and I love the way I feel whenever I visit one of their locations.
If there IS a Heaven, then it will look exactly like Anthropologie, except it will also have pizza and Justin Tiberlake ;-)

I dig it here. I don't shop often and I rarely shop at Anthropologie but it's one of my favorite stores!
Today they had a Black Friday sale so everything in the store was 30 percent off including the sale section. I bought 4 wooden monogrammed coat hooks, 2 small jasmine gardenia smelling candles (rose gold with marble top), a jewelry plate and a journal for $100. I had great customer service. One lady was even concerned that I didn't have a basket for all the things I was carrying. Waiting in line was a bit long but the cashier girl apologized a few times. I had a great experience

I shop at Anthropologie often, I've actually been shopping their for over a decade. I got my new catalog a few days ago and went online to order the glass pomegranate ornament it was sold out. So I went to the store, I looked, no ornament. I asked one of the sales girls who looked it up and showed 6 in stock, but she had no idea where they were. She asked another girl who worked there who was very rude and said everything was out. Obviously it isn't if it shows it in stock. They didn't attempt to look for them any further. I'm very disappointed at the level of customer service

I love, love, love this company! Every time I go into this store I just wander around to make sure that I've looked at everything so I don't miss a potential purchase!
It's so hard to leave empty-handed or with one thing.
They have a great clearance/sale section in the back.
Overall - lovely store with everything you can need.. Clothing, dining, glasses, mugs, bedding, candles, stationary, cute kitchen utensils.

I love this store. It is definitely a high end store, but they have some amazing sales. The back sale room is my favorite place in The store. The sales people are super helpful. Jennifer Dabny modeled how to make a beautiful scarf into a vest/ bathing suit cover/ Sarong. She was super patient. Micaylee waited on me and was very efficient and helpful! It is always a fun experience to shop in this store!

I love anthropologie, especially when I get my annual birthday discount and when it's black friday! Yesterday, I visited El Paseo for a little black friday shopping and everything at Anthro was 20% off. I found a sweater that I loved but they didn't have it in my size so the sales person ordered it online for me and had it shipped to my house for free. Even though it was black friday, this location still had a large quantity of sizes and styles available, so I was very pleased when I went there towards the end of the day. I'd definitely come back here if I was in the area again.

Anthropology is such a lovely store. Certainly a young woman's dream store filled with home goods, clothes, handbags, accessories. Have to say im a suckers for All their locations and this one is no different. Glendale has a great new( ish) out door promenade at The Americana. Lookinig to spend a few hours window shopping, looking for a luxurious gift either for yourself or a loved one, grabbing much lunch or the perfect public place for date hunting or first dates...save your nickels and dimes and head to this Anthropology store at the Americana.

Anthropologie is a cute, high-end place and family and I visited here on Black Friday when many items were marked down 50%. That's a good deal because I can't see myself paying $198 for a sweater for my wife, and that's par for the course here. I did find some items in my price range -- $8 each for some USA-made glass coasters, fancy drawer pulls, or a bar of soap.
And I don't know how people can stick some crushed soda cans on the wall and make it look cute. I tried stuff like that and it just looks like trash stuck on the wall. I just don't have the decorator&apos

This is my favorite store! i have been to them all over California!
But this is my least favorite location.
People were not helpful or friendly which is what I am used to at other locations. I shopped just the Sale Room when I went in because I was just looking for a dress to wear the next day and I felt like the sales associates didn't want to help me because they knew I wasn't going to give them as much commission or something.
Whatever. Their loss.
