Best car service I have received in Chattanooga, and I have lived here for 10 years! From the second I walked in, they took care of me. Their communication was top notch and their pricing was extremely fair. They fixed the problem much quicker than I could have expected. 24 hours after I picked up my car, they followed up with me to make sure that everything was still working okay and told me if my car was not 100% that they would make things right. Service like this is unheard of these days!

Troy and his crew are nothing but the best transmission specialists around. His thoroughness in his research saved me the cost of a total rebuild when he isolated the problem to two internal cables inside the transmission. The honesty that the entire crew showed saved me over $2500 and fixed my truck perfectly when they could have easily charged me for a complete rebuild and not performed it. Can't say that about other places.

Went there and was told that there would be a 74.95 diagnoses fee but they called me the next morning saying they couldn't diagnosis the car because of electrical issue but we still had to pay the fee even though they never moved the car out the parking space. I believe if you cant do the work then why should you get paid for nothing... Went to another shop and they actually was the reason we contacted cooperate. They manager contacted me afterwards and the very first words were and I quote Let me just say I am not refunding any money. Couldn't address the issue first but started off the conversation

I was traveling from Baltimore to Florida with a used vehicle I purchased in Maryland. On new years eve, I had the pleasant occasion to be assisted by Thompson Pettway and Troy who were extreme knowledgeable about vehicles, professional, honest and accommodating. I do not recommend this place to anyone. My son had his car in for a free estimate and husband had talked to them numerous times and not once did they inform him that the man working on this vehicle had to leave. instead of telling my husband they couldn't get to it they left it in terrible shape. There were tools left inside of it, bolts left just sitting on top of the engine. The pulley was completely off. The car was driven there but had to be towed home and towed back this morning. They had the nerve to ask for money for labor. This IS NOT the way you should handle your customers. inform them
