Just called to ask about placing an order for a corsage and the person that answered the phone was very short and said 'I'm not taking any orders for May 6th"... it's April 24th... I get it, she's probably overwhelmed and busy with prom orders etc. but a little more tact would go a long way.... I won't call back in the future.

My experience with Nancy and Bella Grace Florist was excellent!!!! I was asked to arrange a personal and grand funeral spray from several families from out of state for a very special man. I was given specific instructions and wasn't sure I could find the right florist. The second Nancy answered the phone, I knew I had called the right place. She was kind, helpful and most confident she could arrange just what the families had in mind. She listened and created the most beautiful and personal funeral spray I have ever seen. This is going to be an odd review to most, because I WISH I had hired Bella Grace Floral for my wedding. I really do. I went there for a consultation, looked at their flowers, looked at their examples, got a quote, etc... Yet, I made the awful decision of going with Artistry Florals (read my review on their profile if you want more details).
Bella Grace was timely, had quality fresh and beautiful flowers, the shop was absolutely adorable, their prices were fair and on-par with others (I visited nearly 5 florists in all for samples and quotes), and the people there were friendly, knowledgeable

I had a fantastic experience with Bella Grace Floral. I hosted a shower and ordered two small flower arrangements from them. Being from out of town, I needed a little extra help with delivery and they couldn't have been nicer about it. The flowers were absolutely lovely and the customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I was the recipient of a bouquet from this company and it is absolutely gorgeous. I asked the giver if he picked it and he said that he just said spring bouquet for a lovely lady then let the pros handle it. They handled it very well. Vivid sunrise colored roses, green with just a hint of blue hydrangeas, and the prettiest greenery and fabric accents in a modern square shaped vase. Really stunning, I feel like a lucky girl :)

I described my first experience with this shop as good, yet a little chaotic and unorganized. At first I thought it was just because they were busy...but I now have a sneaking suspicion that the staff just isn't very bright. I recently called this shop to order a very small flower arrangement for a cake (think the size of a corsage). I was going to email the lady I spoke to a picture of what I wanted. When I asked what her email address is, she said "bellagracefloral.com." I said, "No, not your website, your email." Once again she said "bellagracefloral.com."
