At Nigro Construction, Inc. we take pride in being a family-owned and operated construction company in Las Vegas with over 30 years of experience in all types of commercial construction. We maintain an unlimited general contractor's license which has allowed us to complete single construction projects in excess of $100 million.
Unlimited B Contractors License allowing us to build or repair any size construction project. In 2010 the owners of Nigro Development/Construction branched out into the construction defect industry with the creation of Nigro Construction Services, LLC. Based in Las Vegas and with a branch in California, the goal was to bring a highly reputable service to a volatile industry.
Tenant improvement projects, large or small, have been the mainstay of our company; our practice has been to provide our clients with exceptional service, competitive scheduling, and a quality product. In 2010 Nigro Construction Services, LLC began servicing Homeowner Associations as a supplement to our Reconstruction/Construction Defect division. Because of our prior apartment, commercial, homeowner and association/condominium experience we can provide a unique perspective that takes a new approach to the maintenance of your property.

There were days when I thought I should rate this company with 5 stars, while there were other days, they deserved a one star. Nigro was contracted to do work in our condo after water damage occurred. The price was fair and the completed work was high quality. It's the stuff that happened in between that was frustrating. Trying to communicate with this company, or the ones we worked with, was incredibly frustrating. Phone calls were not returned and emails were not responded to for more than a week sometimes. It took multiple calls and emails to get a response, which I found to be incredibly unprofessional
